I had a great time at the hotel, was lucky and got a bigger room than I ordered so was very happy about that ☺️ the breakfast was great. I had a friend that joined and it was no problem adding her in my room.

Great start to great vacation in Norway
Of all our locations at Scandic & others, this had the top combo of location, wonderful front desk people - fun and helpful, best breakfast ever - it spoiled us for all the others, great location. Thank you, Chef Daniel and everyone else!

Rommet hadde ikke vindu som kunne åpnes. Temperaturen var vanskelig å regulere. Kaldt på bad og varmt i rom. Håndklær måte jeg be å skiftet. Kopper og glass var ikke vasket.

Tusen takk Kjell Einar for tilbakemelding. Dessverre så har vi noen rom hvor vindu ikke kan åpnes. Skulle gjerne ønske dette var mulig, men dessverre grunnet brannvernloven så har vi ikke lov fra Oslo Brann og Redningsetaten til å ha åpningmuligheter. Dette går på avstandtil vegg/bygg med fare for spredning. Varme på rom reguleres med radiator. Er et justerings hjul på venstre eller høyre side på radiator. Det skal være 25 grader på baderomsgulvet, men det kan hende denne var skrudd ned av en eller annen grunn. Beklager dette. Beklager for det andre du her nevner. Skal ta en prat med den aktuuelle avdelingen. Ha en strålende uke, så håper jeg vi sees igjen. MvhTheodor von PoratHotelldirektør

Dear WaltMany thanks for writing us after your recent stay. Driving in most central location in Oslo might be somewhat of a challenge if you don't know the streets well. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scandic Oslo City and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. First and foremost, the staff, specially Albert, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request was remarkable. Albert and his team's dedication to providing outstanding service was evident in every interaction, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable beds and linens to the well-appointed bathrooms stocked with high-quality toiletries. The dining options at Scandic Oslo City were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options to suit every palate. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience to start the day. In terms of location, Scandic Oslo City couldn't be better situated. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, so everything was very closed.
