Guten Tag ManuelWir waren am Samstag im Kontakt und ich habe dir an die angegebene Mail geschrieben. Am Telefon hatte ich dir bereits mitgeteilt, dass es leichter ist, zuerst vor dem Hotel zu parkieren und anschliessend in die Tiefgarage zu fahren. Dies stand auch nochmal in der Mail.Es tut uns Leid, dass es zu den Komplikationen gekommen ist, weil diese Mail anscheinend nicht angekommen ist.Gerne kannst du uns sonst für zukünftige Besuche einmal per Mail schreiben, damit wir sicherstellen können, dass die Adresse richtig hinterlegt ist.Herzliche Grüsse

Unsere Studios und Apartments verfügen über Küchen und noch mehr Platz als in unseren bereits grosszügigen Standard Zimmern.Es würde uns freuen von dir zu hören.Herzliche Grüsse
