Buon prezzo, ottimo comfort
A dieci minuti a piedi dalla collina del Parlamento. Abbiamo prenotato con una ottima offerta, in pratica, un miniappartamento con camera da letto, soggiorno con cucina a vista, discretamente attrezzata e con microonde, bagno e balcone. Sul piano, il quarto, c'era anche una laundrette con lavatrice e asciugatrice a monete dove con 4-5 dollari canadesi si possono ripulire in breve i propri panni sporchi. Zona sicura, con parecchi locali e ristoranti vicini. Chi vuole, gratuitamente, può utilizzare la grande piscina interna e il fitness. Personale gentile.

Camera ampia, attrezzata di cucina completa, mancavano alcuni accessori quale griglia o padella, il letto grande matrimoniale era sufficientemente comodo, il divano letto invece molto scomodo.

Nell'albergo in una bella zona
Ho soggiornato per tre notti in questo hotel e lo consiglierei. La camera era spaziosa e all'interno si può cucinare. Solo il bagno è un po piccolo. Posizione molto centrale a pochi passi da ristoranti monumenti e supermercati.

Point négatifs Le tapis au salon et de la chambre ca sentait le moissiet la poussières, Cet hotel doit changer les tapis pour du plancher c'est moins sale . Coupure deau durant notre séjour ! Je me demande encore comment ca a pu arriver!!? Positif Proche des restos et des sites touristique Stationnement disponible mais un peu trop cher !

Visited with 6 of us, large room could hold us all and were happy with size of everything. Pool was great and kids had fun. Only negative to mention is pull out sofa is very thin mattress, so keep in mind if its for adults. If small kids its fine.

Nous sommes resté du samedi au dimanche le 9-10 mars . Malheureusement la réceptionniste du soir a eu une très mauvaises attitude et approche avec les personnes qui n’avaient pas fait leur réservation par internet. Elles les a fait attendre plus de 40 minutes avec l’excuse qu’elle avait d’autres personnes qui avaient fait leur réservation par internet . Elle répondait avec de l’attitude en répondant qu’elle pouvait refuser de prendre notre réservation. En plus , elle nous envoyait à voir ailleurs . Aucun bon service de cette personne . Sinon , l’hôtel était quand même bien pour une nuit . Chambre avec cuisinette et piscine . Restaurants proches . Il faut payer pour le parking.

We were there for 3 nights in March. It was really nice and clean. The pool was great. Our room was clean and comfortable and equipped with all we needed. I asked for more sheets and pillows and blankets and they brought them very soon. I never asked for cleaning the room but in second day they come and asked if I need anything. The location was great. It has indoor garage.

I choose to stay here as we can get a 1 or 2 BDRM suite (depending on how many of our kids are with us.) Having a kitchen is important to meet our needs. This isn't a complaint, more of a FYI. While pots and lids are available, pans and baking sheets are not. There is a Dollarama around the corner so you can always just grab something from there. Unit was super clean. Very happy with our stay.

This property is extremely dated… The bed was very uncomfortable. For the price I definitely recommend finding somewhere better. It felt like I was staying in a motel from the 80s. There’s a building across the street where it’s very ghetto

Extremely bad attitude and poor judgement on the part of the (new?) staff on Thursday evening, Feb 1. That young man has zero client service skills and a condescendant attitude. His incompetence shows poor judgement of management. I went down to ask for decaf coffee for the room for the morning after. His reaction was not to help me but to question my ask. “Didn’t the room get clean today, why do you need more coffee” he said without showing any sign he would help.even after I explained that it’s caffeinated coffee they leave in the room and I can’t drink cafeine, he started asking if I checked in on the day of and other irrelevant questions. I’m a 55 year old executive and was very polite. Have no idea what triggers that type of attitude other than a total lack of social skills. It was my third night here… personnel earlier was very friendly but that guy ruined the experience. Don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Staff were pleasant and happy to assist. The room was stocked well and clean. The pool was very busy,probably because of the season, but looked nice. We didn’t use it due to lack of time. We had a special family Christmas dinner and all went well. Thank you to the staff. We will return.

Nothing, front desk staff we dealt with were rude, disrespectful and any issues fell on deaf ear. They told us their manager would contact us after our stay to which no one ever did. Thank goodness Expedia stepped up and helped us as much as they could

Booked a queen suite with kitchen and separate bedroom. Didnt realize until we came back from our outing that it was actually a double bed, with the smallest pillows for a hotel bed, or any adult bed I have ever seen. Headboard was not attached to wall properly and often banged with movement. For a last minute escape, I will not choose this hotel again. TV had limited choices and signal was very poor. Screen kept freezing with big digital squares. Kitchen was nice, full stove and fridge. But coffee maker took forever to make.
