Spacious kitchen/dining space/living room, good size bedrooms, two clean and nice bathrooms. Big walk-in closet in main bedroom. “Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Voldoende zitruimte binnen en buiten. Mooie tuin. Zeer schoon en goede communicatie met eigenaar. Er loopt een drukke weg tussen strand en huis. Parkeren moet op enige afstand van het huis. Maar in en uit laden kan toch direct voor de ingang. Wel rekening houden met flink trappen lopen tussen weg en ingang. Zeer luxe en aangenaam huis. Goed verwarmd en prima faciliteiten.”

“This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b”

“The villa was just as described, very comfortable with a fabulous outdoor area and lovely yard. The village was charming with a great little restaurant called "Larri's", great food and reasonably priced. “It's a very attractive house, solidly built which helps it stay cool during the day. Inside, it is mostly open-plan with just the bathroom and one of the bedrooms separate. The furniture is stylish and the kitchen is quite well fitted out. The location is beautiful and ideal for hikers but it is a bit remote so you will definitely need a car. “We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after.
