“It was terrible experience to choose this hotel and the accident ruined our vacation. We arrived around 10:30pm, and the surrending was very dark. Since it was pouring rain and late night, we were very tired and wanted to take rest asap. When the receptionist took us to our room with two candles, we just realised it was power outage.
