The property is nice however there is a 30.00 per night parking fee with room rates already high, we were not allowed to bring our own snacks into pool area and when it came time to check out there were no carts or help to assist us with moving our luggage . I had to carry everything 2 flights and it took several trips.

Excellent customer service, super sweet staff and great pooltime! The room was clean and spacious, comfy bed and plenty of noce towels. Definitely will come back again and again!

Needs a remodel; like walking into a hotel in 1993. Cleanliness was an issue in areas. Won’t stay there again. Only highlight was very courteous staff.

Room had an unpleasant odor on check-in. The hotel was all sold out and could not change rooms. Staff sent someone to spay room freshener. I will not stay at this property again.

Property in a good location near downtown Palm Springs (easy walk to dining, shopping, cultural attractions). Staff very helpful and professional. Nicely done pool and outdoor courtyard area. Convenient parking near the various property access doors.

Check in took 3 hours. We arrived at 2.30pm and told room would be ready shortly. Reception said they would call when ready. As it was going to be a short wait we sat and had a drink by the pool and after 1 hour I went to reception and room not ready. Another hour later still no room. After 3 hours I went to reception and was told room was ready. Still no call though. We wasted 3 hours hanging around the hotel when if they had been straight with us we could have gone and done something with our 3 hours. Lady who was desk manager on check in was rude. Most of the staff unfriendly apart from cleaners and gardeners who were great. People reserve pool loungers from 6am and don’t sit in them until lunch time, this is not reasonable. Groups of 10 plus teenagers allowed to cause mayhem around the pool without staff stopping them. If you’re not American you are treated like a second class citizen here at this hotel. This is not like any other Hilton I have stayed at. Staff are so rude and grumpy. Glad to leave hotel but Palm Springs is great

After a long journey spanning 539 miles, I arrived at a Hilton hotel with high hopes of a comfortable and welcoming stay. However, my experience at the front desk quickly turned sour, leaving me deeply disappointed. Upon reaching the hotel, I approached the front desk with anticipation, eager to check-in and unwind after hours of travel. To my dismay, the receptionist’s demeanor was anything but welcoming. Instead of a warm greeting, I was met with a cold and indifferent attitude, which immediately dampened my spirits. As I proceeded with the check-in process, I encountered a issues with my reservation that should have been resolved smoothly. However, the staff appeared unprepared and lacked the necessary efficiency to handle the situation promptly. This was our 5th hotel in 5 days and the only one we have a bad experience

The staff was beyond excellent. It was very quiet and relaxing. The food and food service was excellent. The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 star rating is because there was signs of wear and aging, which is fine except we paid top dollar. I would definitely stay there again. A special call out to the pool service staff, Hattie and Bill.

Hotel rooms are in need of upgrades. Curtains alone are in sloppy condition. Just not effect I’d expect from a Hilton, especially in Palm Springs. And then to be charged resort fees to park. Crazy.

Rooms are big and clean, close to restaurants, room had a balcony that was nice. The only thing i DISLIKED was the 30.00 for parking, i have never pay for parking before.
