“Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

“Samen met mijn broer en zussen heb ik een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het huis was schoon, de bedden waren fijn, de tuin het zwembad en de tennisbaan waren super netjes en verzorgd. We konden verse sinaasappels en citroenen plukken uit de bomen uit de tuin. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en we hebben een top tijd gehad. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanraden als je een vakantie wil met vrienden, of met je gezin, of met familie.”

“I stayed here with a larger group and it was the perfect accommodation for us to be near the Palma area but also close enough to walking distance to the beach. Also is in very close distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and clubs or bars allowing you to walk almost anywhere you might need to. The property was exactly as listed and everything was very clean and easily accessible upon arrival. It was the perfect place for us to stay for the week we were there and the property managers were...

Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. “A lovely September week in this elegant, well-equipped villa; the village is breathtaking, the restaurants are first rate, the adjacent hotel has marvelous food and drink if you wish to stay put. And the pool is fabulous.”

“Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

Der Blick in die Bucht von Palma, egal ob vom Pool, dem Bedroom oder dem mega-tollen Rooftop ist einfach atemberaubend. Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood...yet just a few minutes to quality restaurants, grocery shopping, and all the beachfront promenade action...if that's what you're looking for. “Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…).”

“We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“Lägenheten var välplanrad o ljus. Saknade dock en kaffekokare. Städningen o städerskerna drog ner betyget. Vid ett tillfälle kom städerskan väldigt tidigt o ville ha tillträde till rummet. Eftersom vi inte var riktigt klara bad vi om 5 min. Då visade hon humör o gick. Vi fick inte städat den dagen. Vid ett annat tillfälle hade vi födelsedags-uppvaktning meddelande vi att hon inte behövde städa, men vi ville gärna att få nya handdukar o badlakan. Vilket inte alls gjordes. Vi fick själv hämta dom...
