I made a grievous error by booking the wrong date. I showed up a day late and when the person on duty looked for my reservation, he couldn't find it. I passed him my receipt he noticed the wrong date. He did give me about $10 off, but.....I know it was my fault totally, but arriving fairly late with a number of vacancies I thought he might be a little more generous.

The room smelled so bad. It was very dirty. Drapes were dusty and broken. Wallpaper pealing off the walls. Water pressure in the shower was bad. Overall would never stay there again.

We booked this hotel to stay at the night before my sisters chemo appointment at Stanford. Great location, it’s nice and small. The heater worked great for my sister who gets cold often. The front desk staff was very accommodating.
