This by far has been the worst experience of my life. This Hotel is terrible! I stayed there for 6 nights from 19th to 25th November 2015 1) No matter what you ask for, the service takes forever. Even for a glasses and some Ice it took them 30 minutes to deliver after repeated reminders. It seems that the staff is not trained or very under trained. Which is fine if you have experienced people around. I did not meet anybody who looked like they have experience in running a Hotel. 2) There is NO WiFi. None. Not in rooms. Not in restaurant. Not in the gardens. Nothing. Zilch. They have misrepresented themselves. To my mind that is fraud. 3) To make matters worse, the phone signal is also abysmal. You hardly get any signal. It's impossible to communicate. 4) My room was full of big black ants. When I complained, it took them 30 mins to send someone with a spray. The spray was so bad that I caught an allergy from the smell and kept sneezing for the rest of the night. 5) The breakfast spread is the same everyday. Everyday! The last order for dinner is 10:30pm. Most Hotels that I stay in have a 11:00pm last order. And they serve you even if you are a little late. Not here. I was blankly refused by the restaurant staff that I will get nothing. On pleading, they gave me a sandwich which tasted like food for a hospital patient. 6) Value for the price that you pay at this hotel is zilch. Zero. 7) Don't get fooled by the pictures that you see.

Hotel, Anlage sind schön, Küche empfehlenswert
Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels, des kleinen, steinigen und unsauberen Strandes würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Wer allerdings 14 Tage nur im Hotel bleiben möchte, Ruhe sucht, keine langen Strandspaziergänge machen möchte und dem auch das Schwimmen nicht wichtig ist, kann es nutzen.
