Albergo super moderno
Albergo in zona strategica, modernissimo. La colazione favolosa, area piscina esterna bellissima per passare senza problemi una mezza giornata, palestra spaziosa e invitante. Le stanze molto belle, ampie, letto comodissimo e con tutti confort di un tipico W. Ho soggiornato in tanti W, questo é di certo quello con il miglior rapporto prezzo-qualità e consigli a tutti anche per un soggiorno più lungo.

The room and view was absolutely breathtaking. The front desk associate was pleasant. Check on and out was smooth. The breakfast buffet was extremely delicious

Special commendation to Ashley and Krystal for their exceptional service during my check in! I had a bit of a hiccup with my reservation and these ladies were patient, professional and did a commendable job in helping me sort out the situation! Thanks again, ladies! You both deserve a raise! :) I stayed in the Marvelous Suite. My room was to W hotel standards, but wished I had a higher floor. Loved the room's decor! The buffet breakfast is not the best in terms of offerings and should be complimentary/included with the room. Everyone was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay!

The water in the shower randomly turned off as I was showering. I was washing my face with soap when this happened. The front desk also charged me for a number of things that were not my charges. They charged me for things from the pool but I did not make those purchases.

Hotel is well maintained -very modern and clean room with large balcony. Pool area, brunch, and bars had fast, kind, and multilingual service. Excellent location in city center and easy to get to many places via short (and cheap) ride shares, including Casco Viejo, Panama Canal area, and Amador/ Marina area. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and clean, but very loud. You can hear everything in the room, the people in rooms next to mine, the elevator beep and talking, people dropping items on floor etc. it is not the hotel staff fault, it is quality of construction and wood walls…be cautious of room locations/selections

Poor Experience
Had to change rooms twice. Once b/c of water noise at night and the second time because of poor air conditioning. Food was mediocre and hotel was dated and not clean.

Traveled with my husband for our anniversary, the hotel was really nice, wishing they had a microwave and a fridge to put water in since it’s really hot in Panama, instead of putting for the bar in there, but otherwise it was good

Excelente!
Siempre escogimos este hotel para hospedarnos. La ubicación esta en el centro de Panama, es muy fácil llegar a cualquier lugar desde este hotel. El servicio esta excelente como siempre, siempre nos ayudaban en cualquier cosa. La comida esta delicioso, y lo bueno es que ellos tienen menu para pedir en la noche y es super bueno. La próxima vez definitivamente nosotros vamos a hospedarnos aquí otra vez.

Great place to stay
Everything about the hotel was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well designed and comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and an easy taxi ride from the airport, the cruise terminal and Old Town.

The hotel room was dirty in general, specially the bathroom was terrible, needed maintenance a deep clean, the AC was not working. The staff understood the situation and moved me to other room, the bathroom was also in dirty. The elevator and halls had a strong smell like a scent but was so strong that I disliked it, the elevator was dirty also In the breakfast restaurant the table looked dirty too. In general poor maintenance and dirty.
