pulizia cortesia gentilezza sono le caratteristiche del Flokkas a poco meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia il personale si e dimostrato molto molto disponibile in particolare Jelena che ci ha dato una grossa mano x prenotare la navetta del ritorno in quanto noi non parliamo inglese un solo appunto x exspedia non parlano italiano e voi lo avevate elencato nelle lingue parlate un grosso handicap x chi come noi sa poche parole di inglese ed era uno dei motivi che ci aveva spinto a scegliere questo hotel....in complesso soggiorno piu che positivo......mi raccomando togliete lingua ITALIANA non ce nessuno che la parla GRAZIE

Ok hotel, apartment with all facilities
The apartment was actually exactly as I expected (with air conditioning and all facilities). It was easy to park the car. They have a nice swimming-pool, but I haven't used it.

Una piacevole sorpresa
Tra uno spostamento e l'altro nell'isola di Cipro ho soggiornato per una notte in questo residence. Sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa dall'aspetto molto accogliente degli appartamenti dotati di ogni confort e molto puliti. Il residence e' dotato di una bella piscina ed è situato vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Очень приятный отель. Расположен от пляжа в 5 мин пешком. Все чисто, комфортно и со вкусом. Уборка каждый день, полотенца меняют через день. Персонал вежливый. Все понравилось.

Great location, very good space. A short stroll from the sea, kids could go to the pool in seconds (and watchable from the apartment), water station around the corner (a luxury in an island with shortage of drinkable water). The property could do with a little renovation, but still very clean and an excellent stay. Great value for money and with a homely feel. Would go again!

Massive studio apartment with very comfy bed and very helpful staff. Season not started properly yet so eating/drinking facilities at the complex were extremely limited but its only 5 minutes walk from some really nice places to eat (can recommend Ripples!!) Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The only negative was that there were no power points by the bed or, more importantly, by the dressing table which meant my partner was unable to use her hair dryer or straighteners while sat in front of the mirror.

Cosy & stylish place
The hotel has a very nice territory with mandarine and banana trees, swimming pool, swings for kids and even a small church. Our apartment was very spacious, absolutely clean, with the new stylish furniture. Very comfortable beds, nice baby-bed. We had all the cooking facilities, 2 pans and 1 pot, a lot of plates and cups. Shampoo in the bathroom, washing liquid in the kitchen. Speedy wi-fi. The stuff - Natalia & Olga - were so kind and nice!!! We were in January so to warm up the apartment we used the split system, which was in each room. To get to the closest beach which is amazing - 5 min, Lidl is 5-7 min by foot.

The hotel apparent was very good . clean and very close to the beach. The hotel staff and manager were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the bus routes and there is nearby Lidl supermarket.

Familiäres kleines ruhiges Apparthotel in Protaras
Wir haben die kleine übersichtliche Anlage sehr geschätzt. Die Appartements waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Poolanlage genügend gross. Die meisten Gäste waren unterwegs oder am Strand. Kleiner Spaziergang von ca. 6 Minuten. Ideal für ungezwungene Ferien mit der Familie. Nette Hotelinhaber.

В отеле чисто,комфортно,чистый бассейн.Ежедневная уборка.Очень внимательный персонал,огромное спасибо Ольге на рецепшене!Мы провели отличный отпуск в этом отеле!

Bra hotell i förhållande till prisnivån
Bra hotell för det priset. Ligger cirka 10-15 min promenad till stranden. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal! Rummen var stora med fullt kök. Luftkonditionering som fungerade bra! Bra service, städerskan diskade till och med den disk som fanns. I förhållande till priset är det väldigt bra!

Lugnt och skönt!
Vi valde detta hotell för att vi bodde där förra året. Hotellet har försämrats då det inte hålls efter. Städningen var klart dålig! De bytte inte lakan under vår 16 dagars vistelse. Poolen rengjordes inte och sista dagen fungerade inte pool duschen! Vår toalett på rummet gick sönder 3 ggr. Ändå är det ett mysigt litet hotell där det e lugnt och ligger nära centrum och stranden! Älskar Protaras!

From arriving to leaving ten days later, our stay here was so relaxing, with friendly staff and lovely accommodation in tranquil well kept gardens. Plenty of sun beds round spotless pool.

Strandnahes Hotel
Strand und Zentrum sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lidl ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Mini Supermarkt und viele Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und eine kleine Küchenzeile. An Utensilien ist alles da was man für Frühstück oder ein kleines Essen benötigt. Wlan funktioniert sehr gut im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat zwar eine Heizfunktion, richtig warm wird es aber nicht (waren im Winter da) Bad ist komplett verschimmelt. Handtücher werden nicht trocken, da es überall feucht ist. Tv hat keine DE oder UK Sender. Personal sprach nur griechisch, aber man konnte sich auch ohne Sprachkenntnisse verständigen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Nur wenige Steckdose im Zimmer, besonders in Bettnähe zum Handy aufladen fehlen Steckdosen.

kleines überschaubares Hotel,
Wir waren im Januar/Februar da. Zimmer sind sauber, kleine Küchenzeile dabei. Einiges Manko war nach dem Duschen ist der ganze Badboden nass, da Nasszelle nicht richtig abgedichtet. Ansonsten für kleines Geld zu empfehlen. Besonders im Winter da, alles drum herum zu ist. Aber dieses Hotel ganzjahr geöffnet ist.

Pretty and peaceful apartment complex
Visiting Cyprus after almost 40 years with my Dad to re-explore my childhood, we chose Protaras as it was close to areas of interest to us - Larnaca, Dhekelia, Ayia Napa (Nissi) and Famagusta. Wanting nothing too expensive, Flokkas Apartments was extremely well priced during December - and was open! The apartment provided ideal accommodation for us, with car parking. The caretaker/cleaner was really friendly and attended to our apartment daily. We also found enough bars/restaurants open near to the hotel for our evening meal, and of course we could have cooked using the self catering facilities in the apartment. I liked the Flokkas Apartments and Protaras so much I intend to take my husband and son back for a proper summer holiday next year, recognising that the apartments offered just what we would want - simple yet adequate accommodation, a pretty pool area with snack bar and located just off the main 'strip' for peace and quiet when needed, yet close enough to all amenities and the fun!

The cleanliness and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in this hotel were excellent. The limited heating left the room a bit chilly in winter weather. Also need to be aware that options for eating and getting cash are very limited in this area off-season (November to March or so) as nearly everything is closed. As long as you are prepared, the facilities are wonderful for the off-season price, and the staff is just great.
