“Love this place! The room was really 5 stars clean,Luxurious, comfy. The staff are really nice and polite. I mean every staff member are so proper. I feel safe at this place. “We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Creek, and we loved the tropical atmosphere of the surrounding garden and the river terrace. “The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. “A little tricky to find - Google maps takes you to the wrong location. Once there however it was a little gem. Nice and quiet with good facilities. We stayed in Morocco 2 which was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was very delicious. Would definitely stay again.”

“Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. “Unique design. Good experience to stay as compared to teaditional hotels. Need proper upkeep and maintenance though - generally very dusty, doors are not working properly, safe is not working, many a times got no hot water supply and got to call reception, room telephone is spoilt - cant hear the operator talking, etc. Otherwise, staff are very helpful to resolve problems.”
