Hotel per clienti senza eccessive pretese riguardanti super pulizia e modernità, camera discreta. Se si cerca invece zona comoda, tranquilla, centralissima, questo hotel é il TOP!!

dalle foto sembrano ampi appartamenti
... e invece sono minuscole stanzette. le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, che è molto più modesta. bisognerebbe segnalare il numero civico della via in cui si trova l'hotel per evitare che la gente se la faccia tutta per trovarlo. unica comodità: la fermata del bus da e per l'areoporto è proprio a due passi.

트리플룸이었는데 공간이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 그런데, 엑스트라 베드는 컸으나 엑스트라 베드의 이불 상태가 너무 좋지 않았다. 위치는 좋았지만 찾기 쉽지 않았다 스태프의 친절도는 중간이상.

O quarto não é grande e a limpeza fica um pouco a desejar , pois ficamos 19 dias e a limpeza foi feita 2 vezes ( gratis ) e o material ( toalhas ) não trocaram. Pode ser que meu frances não deu para entender se eu queria que trocasse mais. Agora , a localização é fantastica , 100 m do Arco do Triunfo , 20 m de 2 linhas do metro e uma do RER e varios restaurantes ,supermercados , farmacias ,padarias e quitandas , tudo em volta. Eu voltaria , mas em um quarto maior. O pessoal da portaria é muito legal, te ajudam bastante.

Amazing view and location.
Amazing view, rooms in need of refurbishment, but clean. Disappointed with very small kitchen for an apartment. No bench space or table. Great location. Easy walk to airport bus and local sights. Would stay again just for the view. Staff friendly and helpful.

Convenient but dated
Disappointed at the dated condition, and jaded condition, broken power point, noisy neighbours. Got used to this after a while. Enjoyed its proximity to public transport, tour bus, arch de triumph, restaurants, shopping public laundry, refrigerator and wifi. Breakfasts we sufficient, fresh and on time.

古い。無料wifiは遅い。地下鉄駅は便利だが、スーパーは遠かった。窓からの眺めは全くなかったが、屋上は良かった。

Close to city
Lovely staff, always willing to help. Really close to the city and the metro. Is a little dated but clean ( except for some mould on the roof of the bathroom). 7th floor has a wonderful view of Paris. It was a little hot in our room, so we opened the windows but it was incredibly noisy at night. Would have been good if we could have cooled the room just a little before bed.

un soir pendant mon séjour du 22 au 27 septembre 2015, l'alarme s'est déclenchée, tout le monde était à la réception quelques uns pieds nus, le veilleur de nuit a essayé de neutraliser l'alarme (sans vérifier s'il y a un problème, du feu ou autre) il était très agité et même insolant envers des clients qui s'inquiétaient, je lui ai demandé d'appeler les pompiers il a refusé et m'a accusé de vouloir provoquer la panique, alors que j'ai proposé ça après 40 minutes du déclenchement de l'alarme, il m'a même demander de quel pays je suis (propos raciste), j'ai finalement décider d'appeler les pompiers qui ont demandé à lui parler mais il a refusé allant jusqu'à me pousser, ils ont finit par venir vérifier le sous sol , les chambres, rassurer les résidents et couper l'alarme, tout ça a pris plus de deux heures, on a pu regagner nos chambres à presque 3 h du matin, j’étais fatigué et j'ai raté la première séance du congrès médical auquel je suis venu assister de l'étranger.

立地が最高！
エールフランスのバス停から1分もかからないところにあり、凱旋門も近く、立地が最高です。まわりにもカフェがたくさんありますし、少し歩けばスーパー(Monoprix)があるので非常に便利です。メトロの駅もすぐなので、小雨の時は傘をささずに小走りでメトロに入りました。受付の人もお掃除の人もとても親切です。またパリに遊びに行くことがあればここに泊まりたいと思います。

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its excellent location, near the arc, brasseries and across street from airport shuttle bus. The entrance is so tight its a hallway about 4feet wide. The bathroom ceiling has visible scraped off black mold....we were in a 1 bedroom on 4th floor w no view for over $ 200 per nite which obviously doesnt go far in paris. , I am disappointed expedia even has this hole in the wall on its list.... Tv didnt work n u have to ask for basics like toilet paper n room reeks of cigarette smoke.....yeucchh

連續住宿五晩，沒有人打掃房間、沒有得換浴巾、要自己處理垃圾。 跟櫃台理解，佢哋話自己不是酒店，沒有酒店式服務。每7天才打掃一次，才換一次浴巾。

軽めの食事を作れ、ホテル滞在よりは利便性がよい。なんと言っても、立地が最高。エールフランスの空港バス停より、徒歩30秒。トイレの水の流れが悪いのが、唯一マイナス点。

Great location, great view from the roof
Our hotel's location was excellent--close to metro, Arc de Triomphe, restaurants and great little fruit and veggie markets. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We learned at the end of the trip that the airport bus picks up right across the street. You can't get more convenient than that! It is an old building and not spotlessly clean but nice enough. The view from the roof is incredible! Much better than your photo. Each night from 10PM on the hour the Eiffel tower lights up for 5-10 minutes. The view from the roof is perfect for watching it. My only negatives are : #1) 1bath towel per person for 5-6 days. We were there for 11 nights and had to ask for clean towels. #2) I picked this hotel partly based on pictures of the roof with nice tables and chairs to sit and relax with morning coffee or to watch Paris light up at night. No tables or chairs! Nothing up there at all but a couple plants. I think their roof top view is their very best feature and it would benefit them to use it. We would certainly stay there again on a return trip.

위치가 좋습니다만 5층 객실의 경우 에어콘 공조기 소음이 너무 큽니다. 귀막개 없이는 잠을 자기 어렵습니다.

예약한 개선문근처가 상하수도 터져서 개선문에서 한참떨어진곳에 묵게되었어요...우리가 예약한게 더 비싼거 였는데 남은 금액 환불안됨 ㅡㅡ 위치가 애매해서 우리가 생각했던 동선에서 벗어남 시설은 오히려 예약한 지점보다 좋았습니다 , 그러나..... 청소후 물건없어짐 ㅡㅡ 완전황당 ...아파트먼트 호텔이라지만 그래도 호텔인데.... 물어봐도 모른다??!! 호텔에서 이런일 처음이에요....ㅜㅜ

only qualm was room not cleaned for 7 days, sheets could have been refreshed after 4 nights, as could towels. A/C didn't work to warm in the room. All the above would have been refreshed if we were willing to pay for room cleaning service. Which is free daily if you only stay for three nights?

Localização perfeita!
A localização do hotel é ótima, muito perto do Arco do Triunfo, a estação do metrô também é praticamente na porta e o melhor são os ônibus da AirFrance que levam para os aeroportos que são na esquina. O terraço do hotel é maravilhoso, a vista pro Arco do Triunfo e a Torre Eiffel é encantadora. Só achamos ruim é que a limpeza do quarto não estava inclusa no valor das diárias e ao efetuarmos a reserva não fomos informadas sobre a taxa de limpeza. E outro problema foi o mal cheiro do quarto, o frigobar estava com um cheiro muito estranho e por ter microondas e fogão o cheiro fica impregnado no quarto. Os recepcionistas são simpáticos e havia uma que falava português.

このホテルは、凱旋門がすぐ近くで、メトロの駅も歩いて1、2分の所にあります。7、8分の所には、食材を一通りそろえられる小さなスーパーとコインランドリーもあり、便利な所です。施設は古いですが、食器洗い機も付いていました。3人部屋でしたが、バスタブもありました。ダブルベッドとソファでした。長期滞在では、少し高く贅沢かもしれませんが、食事代も節約できて、快適でした。

自分で行動できる人には最高のアパートホテル
まず立地は最高。エールフランスバスの乗り場が目の前、クリスマスイルミネーション眩しいシャンゼリゼも徒歩数分、メトロやバスも便利、近くのスーパーpublic drugstore もまずまず。部屋は狭くて壁も剥がれているところがあるが、パリの古いアパートとしたら平均的。見えるところは清潔にしてある。清潔でないと我慢できない女性でも値段と立地を考えると許容範囲内。部屋は狭いので、窮屈なのがいやなら広めの部屋を取る方が無難。個人的には許容範囲内。鍋やナイフ、皿のある小さなキッチンはやはりありがたい。お湯が沸くのは遅いし、時々ブレーカーが落ちるが、フロントを呼ぶこともなくブレーカーを戻して対処可能であった。パリではアパートや安いホテルはバスタブがなくシャワーだけのことがしばしばだが、ここは３回とも問題なし、湯量も快適。ホテルらしい表示がなく、最初に来たときにどこにあるのかわからずかなり迷った。ホテルでなくマンションの入り口位に見える。四日以上滞在するときはリネン、タオルは毎日交換してくれない。新しいタオルはフロントで2ユーロ程度でもらう必要あり。一週間なら週に一回リネン交換がある。だからそれ以外は部屋の掃除もない。こういったことが簡単だが自分で対応できない人には、ひどいホテルかもしれないが、自分の家で当たり前のこと苦にならない人には、最高に手頃なホテルでしょう。ちなみに凱旋門近くに泊まるとき、私は定宿にしています。

Friendly front desk staff, fantastic rooftop view of both Arc d triumph and Eiffel Tower, 100 meters away from Paris metro station , 200 meters from bus stop for shuttle to airports and walking distance to bars, restaurant and mini grocery

günstig gelegenes Hotel
das Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch günstig, aber die Frühbar im Haus ist eine Katastrophe, von Mitternacht bis ca. 9.00 Uhr früh, nur Basstöne im Zimmer. Wir waren zu dritt , in Zimmer Nr. 105, keine Nacht richtig geschlafen.

Hotel très bien placé mais toalment vétuste. Les chambres sont vieilles, la salle de bain est complètement à refaire, saleté inscrutée. Enfin pratique par sa localisation mais pasa du tout au standing attendu pour unchambre à 200€

Near L'Arc de Triomphe
We had not stayed in a apart hotel before. This means we had a small hotel room with a bath and a very small kitchenette. The mattresses were excellent. There was air conditioning. But cleaning and extra towels or sheet changes all cost extra. The location was excellent for getting around Paris and the concierge was very helpful.

"Кухня" совсем маленькая. Посуда частично отсутствует (например, чашки). Но очень близко от метро и автобуса в аэропорт. Отличная терраса на крыше, с которой открывается восхитительный вид.

Красивый вид с крыши на Эйфелевую башню и Арку
ОЧЕНЬ Удобное расположение. 3 минуты от Триумфальной Арки и от Метро. Прямой автобус до Аэропорта ШДГ от площади (2 минуты до остановки). Мини кухня - это кухня в шкафчике. Посуда не вся. Не было чашек. Ночью приходила Мышка. Поела конфеты. Потом продукты все убирали. А так неплохо для такой цены и месторасположения. Очень красивый вид с крыши, где можно посидеть вечером и полюбоваться Парижем.
