Dear Guest,We thank you for your comment our hotel and its location.However, we would like to point out some details about our cold buffet breakfast.Not only there are fruits, bread (several sorts) and cereals (3 sorts) available at our breakfast but our guests can chose bakeries, ham, chicken, cheeses (4 kinds), yogurts (4 sorts, even a vegetal milk yogurt), stewed fruits and fruits' salad. Gluten free bread is also available. Tea, coffee, jam, honey, chocolate are displayed also. We wish you have enjoyed your stay in Paris anyway.

Dear Sir,Information relative to our renovations have been given to our partners and we are sorry that you have not been advised.Even if the renovated rooms are well ventilated before being given to our guests, we are sorry to observe that the smell of the paintings, the new carpet and the new furniture is remaining.All the rooms are inspected several times and there is no construction material left inside. However, we suppose that our technician came in your room to fix a rod or repare something indicated by our house keeper but with no relation with the renovations.We are sorry for this inconvenience and which you have enjoyed your stay in Paris anyway.

As we were fully booked, it was not possible to show you another room at your arrival. You refused and left the hotel.We are renovating the hotel at the moment and the 1st floor where you have been allocated is not renovated yet. Monsieur,Nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques.Vous aviez la chambre N407 qui est sur cour. Cette chambre est mansardée avec une hauteur de plafond convenable et des poutres apparentes. Deux grandes fenêtres oscillo battantes éclairent cette chambre orientée plein sud. Lors de votre séjour, même s'il faisait froid, le ciel était très dégagé et le soleil largement présent. Nous comprenons difficilement comment cette chambre a pu vous sembler sombre.Nous n'avons pas eu de remarques d'autres clients à la réception concernant le chauffage qui peut être réglé individuellement dans chaque chambre. Une commande centrale à la réception permet de vérifier et, éventuellement, de régler la température ou le soufflage à la place du client. Nous ne pensons pas avoir été sollicités pour la chambre 407.Vous occupiez une chambre triple avec 3 lits et donc 3 matelas. Nous allons vérifier l'état des 3 matelas.Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié nos équipes ainsi que l'emplacement de notre hôtel et espérons que vous avez passé un bon séjour à Paris.Nous profitons de ce message pour vous souhaiter une très belle année 2024.
