Dear Jonathan James,We are sorry to learn that your experience was not good at our establishment.As you mentioned, you arrived before the requested check-in time, however you had the two upgraded rooms and you paid for only one early check-in, the second was free.Breakfast is included from the morning of the next day so although you had breakfast the morning of arrival it was not yet included. My colleague did not tell you that it was offered. She therefore told you that breakfast will be charged.Your wife started yelling at her for no reason.We always do our best to satisfy our guests.
