I'm sorry to hear about the issues. The condos are cleaned after every departure as well as deep cleaned twice a year. All condos have kitchens and food smells can travel between condos. I'm sorry the hot water went out on the morning of your departure. We did send maintenance up but unfortunately you were departing so there was not time to remedy the situation prior to your departure. There was less than an hours time between your first call and your departure. We did refund your stay which is all we can really do in a situation like this. Brian Bell General Manager
