“Your close to many things that your able to walk to. The location is awesome. Easy to get to the beach, shopping etc. very clean condo. The only bad thing is that the property manager or owner is extremely hard to get in contact with him. We stayed January 2024.”

“Great room, good kitchen with very workable utensils. King size bed, all pretty clean. Good security and a lovely big pool at ground level and good size pool on the roof. ”

“the lamp was broken when i went in, in the living room and i found some hairs on a sofa.. there is no toilet papers so you'd have to go buy except the ones that are there for 1 use..other than that the area is good, everything is close by but i wouldnt recommend this place if you are staying more than 4 days. i think 3 days might be the best because the place gets dirty and you have to pay for the room cleaning service, which is expensive.”

“Le gérant (Jeremy ) sur place était inexistant ( jamais vu. Répond aux messages tardivement )Ne s est pas déplacé ni pour notre arrivée ni pour notre départ à l état des lieux. Aucune consigne pour récupérer notre caution. Pas de cafetière sur place (achat non prévu laissé sur place pour les futurs locataires qui pourront boire du café le matin ). J attends maintenant le remboursement de la caution en espérant ne pas rencontrer de mauvaise surprise !!!”

“Excellent location in central Patong. Wonderful views of city and mountains one side. Ocean view other side. Everything provided with great TV and internet. Maintenance of condo leaking air conditioning and old cabinets in bathroom is required. ”

“Utrolig koselig de som jobbet på mini marten i resepsjonen. Hadde litt problemer med toalett som lakk vann utover gulvet. Madrassen var hard som betong men fikk en overmadrass som hjalp lite. Aireconisjon bråket og spyttet is utover gulvet i stuen men de kom og fikset den. Det bli liksom ikke noe god start på ferien når de første 6-7 dager gikk bort til å fikse problemer. Vi valgte og bytte hotel så vi fikk noen dager med mykere madrass føre hjemreise. Tenker jo at det ikke har vært så...

“No help provided by any staff, no room cleaning, i had to pay for electricity, water and cleaning when i leaft. Bath tub was full of leaves and hair. Remote control for tv didnt work and had to call the owner several times and text message the owner but didnt get any help. There was a hole in my front door filled up with tissues and garbage and stray cats everywhere infront of the building. Dont stay here, save your money.”

“Aleksander it's a good host, and his place how the photo describes it. it's really near the centre of Patong but fortunately it is far away from the caos! really recommended.”
