Struttura centrale di fronte alla spiaggia e a due passi dalle vie per la vita notturna, ma tranquilla. Unico problema l’acqua del bagno o è bollente o è fredda.

The Room in view sea are very good but thé Room AT thé back of thé hôtel havent a Bad visibilty . But thé hôtel have a very good emplacement and thé personnel IS good. So i am happy After this Travel with Expedia. So could you do me somme réduction for m'y prochain Travel to Majorque in août 2024 with m'y family? I wait for good proposition for hôtel or appât hôtel.

The worst hotel I've ever experienced in Thailand. There was no customer service at all. The stairs were dirty and dangerous. I even fell down right away as the receptionist took me to my room, but she didn't seem to care. I booked the room for four nights, but I only stayed for one hour. They sent someone to fix the shower, but they said they couldn't fix it today. There was also low water pressure and bad AC. I booked another hotel and left. Before booking a new hotel, I asked them about a refund, and they said they would wait for an email from my Expedia agent. My agent has contacted them several times, but they haven't responded or issued a refund yet. You will waste your money and be very inconvenienced if you book this hotel.

die ersten 14 Tage täglich bis 4 uhr früh extrem laute Musik an schlaf nicht zu denken, dann Motorradtreffen wieder laute Musik, wir wurden nie gefragt ob die Musik störend ist oder vielleicht Ohropax Angeboten. Ansonsten ja ist eben Thailand.

NOT modern living
Out on a 60-day holiday trip. Only staying st 4 an 5 star hotels. Coming to this hotel you find yourself ib a lobby with a size of your own hallway at home. Direct you find dirty and very old towels in the room. No electrical outlets by the bed. Taking a shower means very little and cold water. Coffe in the room means two nescafe for a 4 days stay. Very poor breakfast. Coffe means hot water and nescafe. Dirty ”pool” with a size like a plunge pool which I never would put my foot in. Noone else did. Why say there is a pool? The Fire escape door to the top floor/roof was so bent that it could only be pushed open from outside. In case of fire we would have been dead. Extremely worn down hotel, one elevator for all rooms, you clearly hear your neighbours. This is a two stars hotel rather than four. Will never come back here. Irritating that hotels.com sell this 2-star hotel as 4 stars at a 4 star price. I normally trusted hotels.com. I do not have time to readvthe reviews. Afterwards I found out I should have done that.

I liked the service and helpfulness of the staff. Good and tasty breakfast. Excellent location. However the cleanliness of the place was relatively poor and I was taken up to a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. Also there were no bedside lights in my room and no sockets near the bed so couldn’t look at my phone in bed when I it needed charging. Apart from that I would recommend it if you want to stay for a night or two and want to go to the bars, restaurants and clubs in the centre of Patong and/ or go the beach.

Das Personal war sehr nett gewesen, kann man nicht meckern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit private pool acsess gebucht, leider waren viele Fliesen im Pool kaputt so dass man auf Badeschuhe angewiesen war damit man sich nicht die Füße auf schneidet und der Pool war auch sehr ungepflegt sodass man ein Ekel verspürte dort rein zu gehen. Es war sehr laut im Zimmer man konnte die Autos, Roller und Menschen im Zimmer hören sodass man nicht vernünftig schlafen konnte, außerdem fing es morgens an zu bohren wir reden von 6 oder 7 Uhr morgens. Die Betten waren steinhart. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel an den Wänden und das Handtuch war dreckig. Frühstück war um kurz nach 8 Uhr kaum noch was da gewesen. Wir haben uns dann entschlossen nach dieser anstrengenden Nacht und dem nicht vorhandenen Frühstück das weite zu suchen und sind in ein anderes Hotel aus gewichen. Bis auf das freundliche Personal ist dieses Hotel leider nicht zu empfehlen und schade um das Geld was wir verloren haben.

Hôtel correct en globalité. Juste devant la plage , lzs restaurants, les magasins donc facile ... mals forcement rees bruyant . Patong est une ville festive donc beaucoup de circulation, d'animation et de bruit la journée et la nuit . J avai pris une chalbre avec accès piscine . La piscine n est pas belle et ne donne pas envie de s y baigner . De plus elle est au 1étage a l avant de l hôtel, donc en front de rue . C est bruyant et on ne sais pas en profiter avec plaisir. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles mais on voit que un petit coup de peinture a été mis pour les rafraîchir. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment d une allure misérable 😅 il n y a vraiment pas de choix et le restaurant eqt aussi a front de rue. C est correct pour une ou deux Nuits , mais je naurais pas pu y rester plus longtemps.

The people and staff are amazing, but the hotel rooms looked nothing like the picture when I booked it , they need to be honest when describing the room and area , I felt a little let down once I got to my room .

Very run down hotel with poor service. The uncleanliness of the room and mold is a major health hazard. There was mold in the aircon and all over the bathroom and curtains. Many things were broken/working including the kettle, safe, broken mirror, light bulb in bathroom blown (and not changed despite pointing it out to staff), broken towel rail (tried to put a towel on the towel rail and it just fell to the floor), the elevator seemed unsafe and had wires exposed where you need to press the buttons, and the shower leaked water all over the bathroom every shower because the shower curb didn't go all the way across the floor. The staff service was also very average. Often when our room was made up our dirty towels would be taken but not replaced and they were very inconsistent with the basic room service. The bed is very hard. The only positive things I have to say is that is in a good location but the rooms are definately not sound proofed as advertised. Also worth mentioning that when we arrived there was a dispute about the hotel double booking a room and the day before we checked out the same thing happened to someone else. This place is not worth your money or your sanity!

Das Hotel war gemäss Fotos der Zimmer von ebookers alles andere als es sein sollte. Vorwurf an ebookers, mit manipulierten Bilder, Zimmer, Pool (keine Sau würde dort baden) wird man über den Tisch gezogen. Patongbeach war hammer, gute Restaurant, Bars und Clubs, schöner Strand usw.

This hotel was directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Phuket. It was full of people. The busy street was directly in front. The days I arrived there was a festival on the beach. So music, concert and crowds till 1am. No beach view. The beach was dirty and full of people. Beach water was full of seaweed. Couldn’t swim in it. I was so disappointed. The pool was very small didn’t look clean. I didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast. Location was walkable to market place and beach. Hotel room was large and clean. Great hotel for friends or single guest.

・シャワーはお湯が出なく、修理をしてくれと頼んでも、直っていませんでした。温水シャワーに慣れている日本人にはきついと思います。 ・トイレとシャワーが同じ場所にあり、カーテンなどで、仕切られていないため、シャワーを使うとトイレも水浸しになり、不潔です。清潔な環境に慣れている日本人には耐えられないと思います。 ・プーケットにはまた行きたいと思いますが、このホテルを使用することはなく、友人にはここだけは行くなと言います。

Modern Living hotel is situated close to everything you need. The only downfall was there was an open market set upon the beach opposite on my second week, no great problem, bought earplugs and slept like a baby. The hotel was perfect for what I wanted, I was out all day, so just needed a shower and a bed, perfect.

The pictures that were advertised were very deceiving. Bedsheets were dirty. Bed was rock hard. I had back aches after 1st night. Towels were old and ragged. Shower was dirty and smelled. We requested room for 3, and they added a portable small bed in a small bedroom...was not enough room for 3 people. Bed frame was rusty. Pool was gross. Old and rusty. we didnt even use. Cleaners and staff were friendly.

The bed was large and comfortable. However, the aircon did not work properly, there were no bedside lamps, the fridge leaked, the lift was being constantly used by staff so it took 10 minutes to go down 1 floor and there was no staircase instead of lift. I was surprised because your app suggested that at 83AUD i had received a significant discount but the room was not worth the discount rate, let alone the full rate. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Remodeled and updated hotel. Only real take away is a poor view from my balcony. The balcony view looked so much better from the photos. Otherwise it was a very convenient location along Patong Beach.
