We left one day paid
The hotel is close enough to let you think you may walk to Bangla rd. but it's not. It's in front of a very traffic and noisy road. The staff cannot provide any service. Three floors, no lift. The air cond comes straight from the nineties, and could hardly sleep. However the rate is very cheap and it worth all the money we spent (9,5 euro per day for a double room). We finally escape leaving them one day paid. Good luck to all the next guests.

Hotel sito in posizione tranquilla a 1 km dal mare, il mare e il centro si raggiungono a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale sempre disponibile. Cassaforte in camera. Camere di buone dimensioni dotate di frigo. Pulizie giornaliere. Wi fi libero nella zona reception. Piscina con idromassaggio. Servizio di trasporto taxi per l'aeroporto. Hotel consigliabile.

Hotel silenzioso
Hotel carino e funzionale ,ottima posizione ,fuori cal caos del centro ma raggiungibile in 10 min a piedi. Assolutamente no la colazione con solo tre scelte proposte da loro,infatti dopo tre mattine di uova bakom succo pane e marmellata abbiamo abbandonato.

This hotel was a disappointment for me because of how the room was very old with old lights, furnitures, tv was the oldest tv ive seen, the bathroom was the part i didn’t like because its an old style shower where the restroom floor gets wet. Swimming pool looks decent. Eating area downstairs is fine and balcony as well.

Cheap, but...
Customer service - Great Cleaniless - Acceptable Location - Very noisy, but good location to explore the city. Room quality - OK The hotel is next to Nana Road which is very busy road. My deluxe room located directly to the road. It was very noisy. Barely could sleep.

Varasin hotellin ensin pariksi yöksi. Huone oli ihan hyvä. Hotellissa ei ole kahvilaa, eikä baaria. Uima-allas sen sijaan on. Uima-allas on pieni, mutta ihan hienoa päästä pulahtamaan välillä veteen. Ympärillä on rakennuksia, joten aurinko pääsee paistamaan allasalueelle ehkä noin 5 tuntia päivässä. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja auttavasta. Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä. Tykkäsin niin paljon, että viivyin vielä pari yötä lisää.

Hotellet ligger direkt efter Nanai road och det är rätt livat. Balkonger mot vägen. Rätt slitna rum även om de försökt Att fixa till dem.

Einfaches Hotel abseits vom Trubel trotzdem umgeben von jeder Menge Bars und Restaurants und kleinen Garküchen. Sehr asiatisches Flair in diesem Teil von Patong. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Superior room not very good
I paid for the superior room with kitchen. Staff were friendly but room hadn’t been lived in for a while. Musty and a few giant cockroaches. Biggest problems was with the water pressure for the shower...found myself stuck with no water halfway through doing shampoo...came back after 5 minutes but it happened more than once. Internet wasn’t security conscious. Password very simple. I think that there are better options around for the price...unless you want the most basic and cheapest room..

Die Durchschnittsbewertung ist viel zu hoch für dieses Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man den Balkon schließen könnte. Und dann kommen wir auch gleich zu den Mängeln: Balkon lässt sich nicht abschließen (auf jedes Zimmer bezogen) Die Lage ist furchtbar Es gibt zwar einen Balkon, aber auf diesem fühlt man sich sehr unwohl und man hat nur einen Ausblick auf Käbel Die Toilette ist in der Dusche und ist bei uns fast übergelaufen Es gibt einen Tresor, aber wir konnten diesen nicht nutzen, weil bereits ein Code vergeben war den keiner wusste. Das "Bett" ist nur eine Matraze am Boden (hat uns persöhnlich nicht gefallen) und die Decke kratzt Die Klimaanlage ist sehr alt. Auch wenn man sie voll aufdreht, kann es eine Stunde dauern bis die Temperatur von 30 auf 25 gesunken ist. Für die, denen ein kleines Zimmer mit Matraze und Gefahr auf Diebstahl über den Balkon nichts ausmacht. Denen würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben 4 tage gebucht, haben dort aber nur 1 Nacht verbracht. PS: Österreichische Gefängnisse sind schöner

Bearable,but wouldn't rush back.
Well generally the hotel was tired,and be needs updating, rooms were clean but towels sheets and pillow seemed old,the housekeeping was hit and miss first day seemed like all they did was clean the bins, another day came back at 4.30 pm and saw the housekeeper and asked if she was going to clean our room today and she said no,so I put the bins in the corridor so she had to empty them ,get a bath towel and loo roll,not what you expect to do on holiday and the day before we left saw her in reception and she asked if I wanted the room clean and I told her not to bother,as we were leaving early the next morning. The swimming pool was clean and nice for a quick dip , but the furniture around the pool was broken with legs snapped off sunbed,and other furniture in a tired condition. The balcony is open to other rooms and dirty and fronted the road which could be noisy at times,and to top it off no batteries in the TV remote control,I didn't have much choice of hotels as I book it very late,it was bearable ,but I don't think I will be rushing back.

Hote was ok, delux room facing the street was a waste of money, balcony offered no privacy and was neglected. Mattress was on a 100mm high platform on the floor, comfortable enough but too low for older people. Shower was the usual low pressure dribble.

小奇麗なホテルで安いが通りに面した部屋の騒音がひどい
題名の通り、通りに面した部屋は夜中までバイクの爆音がまともに聞こえ、冷房の排気装置もかなりのうなり声を上げるため、眠りを妨げられます。騒音があると眠れないという人がここに泊るなら、通りの反対側に位置した部屋を取れないかどうか、到着前にホテルに尋ねておくといいでしょう。通りの反対側にある部屋なら（裏の敷地にあるプールが見える部屋）、眠りを妨げられるほどの騒音は聞こえない筈です。ここだけではなく、《ナナイ通り》に面したホテルに泊るときは、騒音がひどいことを承知の上で選択すべきです。或いは、到着前に通りの反対側に面した部屋が取れないかどうかホテルに問い合わせてみる。《ナナイ通り》は本当に交通量が多く、朝の三時頃でもバイクが２０分おきくらいに爆音を上げて走っているくらいです。 立地条件は悪くなく、ジャンクセイロンまで徒歩１０分程度、海まで２０分程度でしょうか。コンビニ、バー、食堂、なども周囲にたくさんあります。部屋も建物も掃除が行き届いて清潔で、暗号化された無線ネット環境もまずまずでした（結構小刻みな切断はありますが）。何年か前の投稿で、「シャワーの水圧が低すぎる」みたいな感想を述べている人がいますが、私が見た限り問題ないです、いわゆる「突き刺さるような強さ」ほどの圧力はありませんが、十分な水量は出ており、欲求不満になるほどではないです。時折、隣の部屋？か複数の人がシャワーを使うと、体を洗うのに苦労するほど水の出が非常に悪くなることがありますが、長くは続きません。水量はすぐに元に戻ります。 私が見た限り、この価格帯ではこれといった問題はなかったので、騒音公害が評価を下げる原因になってしまいました。休息場所である筈のホテルがこの有様では、やはり高い評価を付けることは難しくなります。それでも、個人的にはホテルの全体的な構造や雰囲気（従業員も）が結構気に入ったので、星三つをつけました。 繰り返しますが、通りの反対側に面した部屋なら、騒音はさほど気にならないかと予想しています。泊る前にホテルと交渉してみましょう。

easy but clean hotel
Good location with some small restaurants and bars with very good thai and european food. Far away from the beach but motorbike-taxi and Tuk-Tuks everywhere. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good for easy and uncomplicated holidays.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort auf unserer Thailand Tour. Weil ausgebucht war haben wir kostenlos ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Dies war völlig okay mit terrasse - Blick auf 1000 Kabel... - der Pool ist sauber , alles macht einen guten Eindruck. Zur party Meile ist es 10min zu Fuß. Zum Strand etwa 20min Wie fast überall könnte es hier und da etwas Farbe und ordentlichere arbeiten vertragen. Es ist halt keine europäischer Standard.

Bon séjour au seins de l'hôtel. Propreté correcte malgré les quelques fourmis dans la chambre. Rideau de douche pas tres propre. Mais le reste est correct. Serviettes et draps changé tous les jours. Gros point négatif, personnel à l'accueil pas du tout accueillant ! En revanche les femmes de ménages sont très serviables et attentionnées. Hôtel bien place à proximité de patong beach et du centre ville. Quartier chaleureux.

Great budget hotel, badly managed
5th and probably the last stay in this Hotel.It has been poorly managed/maintained recently, with negligible service.Seems to be running on an autopilot & its hard to find who can actually assist you (especially during nights).The night staff is busy watching TV with his friends and least interested to assist.Poor WiFi in the rooms, balcony furniture full of fungus, broken, safe broken, electrical plugs loose & cannot hold,extreme low water pressure, mold build up in the toilet, swimming pool not clean, torn bed sheets, no repeat Guest recognition (even after telling them about it), no porter service, so you have to carry your suitcases yourself up the stairs with no lift. Their beach shuttle (tuktuk) broken down, very strong fungus smell in the parking, everything is too much to ask as a service and they have one Manager (Lady) there for many years, who has no empowerment to think & act out of the box. Restaurant has been relocated is absolutely dead place with no service. You enter their kitchen to tell the staff to come and take your order. Juices and tea coffee are not served. You have to dig and look for things (They don't even tell, you where they are hidden).They will not even switch ON the FAN or A/C for you, you need to ask for it. Swimming pool furniture is broken & full of mold/ fungus. Beautiful property transformed into shambles. I am myself managing world class luxury Hotels for more than 2 decades.
