Hotel 4*... prix d'une nuit environ 700 thb. Il faut pas rêver. Correct pour le prix. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Piscine dans un autre hôtel, la place est à 200 m.

Otel NEO price does not match to service
Staf responsive, good location. Price does not much to service. In the room everywhere small ants and mosquitoes. The air conditioner doesn't cool, just blow air. Shower room in the bed condition. Internal telephony not working, cant order wake up call. Dangerous electrical installation. Price does not much to service, too expensive.

One of the reception staff at check in had misunderstood us. During our stay showed his disrespect towards us. It is very much not professionally.

Chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Néanmoins, la climatisation était bruyante et fonctionnait pas très bien. La piscine et le petit déjeuner étaient dans un autre hôtel. Il serait bien de le préciser dans le descriptif et pour un hôtel 3 ou 4 étoiles suivant les sites, on peut s'attendre à mieux.

Zum Strand und das Nachtleben ist fussläufig zu erreichen- die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und Sauber... vermisse vielleicht 1 Stuhl mehr zum Sitzen- Duschbereich großzügig und bad kann durch die Verwendung von Glasscheiben gut beleuchtet werden Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges ca. 28qm Zimmer im 5. Stockwerk welches ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde

Dirty. Not like a 4 star hotel.
The good things first: Wi-Fi worked flawless for me. The breakfast was descent. The AC was very powerful. The piano music at the pool was my taste. The wallpaper behind the bed was nice. The bad: it is not clean at all, even by low price Thailand comparison. They don't have soap at the sink, only in shower. Do not expect a 4 star hotel, expect a dirty 2 star at best.

Simply dirty. Positives: The air-conditioning worked The bed was firm with pillows that where not hard. In room safe – not laptop compatible. Clean towels Relatively cheap for the area 900/1000thb a night Reasonable location Negatives: Curtains did not cover the windows entirely (missing at least 30 cm section) meaning that light work me up. Apparently, according to reception, all rooms are like this! Bathroom was dirty – hair visibly stuck in drain when I arrived – not removed for the entire of my stay Stairs leading to floor 2 simply disgustingly dirty – toothpick/ ear bud and massive amount of dirt and dust left there for entire of stay. Breakfast room also fairly unclean.

I reserved a double bed but it was two single beds pushed together wasn’t happy about that and then the drakes with the clothes they had to come up and close the drapes. When we got the room as well there is no towels in the room we had ask for towels. The breakfast was also offsite. But other than that it was not bad for the price.

Convenient Hotel
When we arrived were taken to a small room not the suite booked and payed for once that was sorted were happy with the suite. There isn't much in the way of service but that suits us as we are familiar with the area. The room was clean that was the main thing.

Отель в русском районе (Джомтьен). Цена 650 Бат была только в приложении Hotels.com, на ресепшн нам предложили 800 Бат. Не отходя от ресепшн оплатил 650 Бат через интернет и заселились. Номер чистый, есть все удобства, набережная рядом. Также недалеко до ночного рынка.

Очень выгодное расположение
Отель имеет номера в кондоминимуме. Это отлично. Номера в отеле маленькие и без балкона, и это плохо. Столовая перенесена в соседний отель в кафе, и это не плохо. Белье начали обновлять и это хорошо. А уборку делать разучились, и это ужасно.

Siisteys huono, suihkupyyhkeinä oli ranta pyyhkeet, käsipyyhkeitä oli loman ensimmäisenä 3 päivänä. Hotellin sijainti kuitenkin hyvä ja henkilökunta auttavaista. Altaalle ei juuri aurinko paista.

Tot 3x toe een andere kamer moeten nemen aangezien alles vreselijk vies was. Alles is oud en vervallen, overal kieren zodat uitlaatgassen naar binnen komen, overlast van geluid door de watervoorziening en het ernstigst de hygiene. Personeel van de schoonmaak zit meer op hun mobiel dan dat er gewerkt wordt luidruchtig op de gang. Handdoeken kapot en niet genoeg op voorraad zodat we een dag niets kregen en wij wederom moesten klagen en vragen om handdoeken en ook toiletpapier. Dan kan je een grote mond krijgen omdat wij dan maar badlakens wilden gebruiken als alternatief. Te belachelijk voor woorden. Dit hotel....nooit meer!

Niets goeds te melden. Ontbijt slecht, service slecht, schoonmakers deed het alleen alsof, plus een parkeerplaats voor de bussen van ernaast gelegen hotel die constant met draaiende motoren bleven staan. Nooit neer.

Была бы хорошая уборка, то рекомендовала бы всем.
Отель отлично расположен. Останавливаемся уже второй раз. И дальше только тут. Номер большой и с балконом. Огорчает только плохая уборка, не разу не меняли белье, грязные окна и балкон. В номере нет интернета. А под окнами постоянно автобусы с китайцами. С семи часов утра постоянные крики.

A hotel in a very close distance to everything in Jomtien, nightlife and beach. Nice room and ok breakfast. The reception staff is very bad in english and seems very lazy. The wifi is very bad, if it excist at all.

Dit hotel is vrij basic.
Dit hotel is op zich redelijk gunstig gelegen, niet ver van het strand, vlakbij bars, restaurants, wisselkantoren, wasserettes, openbaar vervoer, enz. Echter, de kwaliteit van dit hotel is matig. Het personeel is niet echt snugger en de faciliteiten zijn niet optimaal. Het is m.i. alleen aan te bevelen aan mensen die ergens goedkoop willen zitten en dit voordelig kunnen boeken. We waren hier nu voor de tweede keer, deze keer hadden we een grotere kamer geboekt, een junior suite. We kwamen in het condogedeelte terecht. Echter, de junior suite was een beetje teleurstellend. Wel een ruime kamer, maar de faciliteiten en de service was minder. We hadden geen WiFi (het personeel zei dat ze geen wachtwoord hadden van dit gedeelte), de zeep/douchefris werd niet bijgevuld, er hing geen douchegordijn, regelmatig kregen we te weinig doeken, het beddengoed oogde soms niet helemaal smetteloos, het bed was hard, iedere keer kregen we maar één wc-rol en ook een keer te weinig flesjes water.

เป็นการมาพักผ่อนแบบตามมีตามเกิดจริงๆๆ ไม่สมกับค่าห้องพักเอาเสียเลย ทุกอย่างต้องข่วยเหลือตัวเองทั้งหมด เพิ่งทราบราคานี้ไม่มีเซอร์วิสรูม บริกรมีที่เคาร์เตอคนเดียว เซ็งสุดๆๆๆ ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด ไวไฟโคตรกาก ไม่ตรงกับที่โฆณาไว้เลย

"Suite junior" se situe dans l annexe.(de l'autre côté de la place) Pas de wifi. J'ai dû réclamer des serviettes, puis du savon (obtenu lendemain). Pas de savonnette sur le lavabos : On m'a dit que pour me laver les mains je devais utiliser le distributeur dans la cabine de douche. Lobby envahi de moustiques (seul endroit avec wifi) fenêtre donnant sur hôtel "palm Bach jomtien" : ballet d autocars de 6h du matin à 23h00; à l'arrêt, mais moteur allumé. On se demande pourquoi !!. Le derner jour, au changement de serviette, la nouvelle est taché d'excrement.
