Stayed in Deluxe Queen Suite for two nights in April 2024. Spacious, well furnished and equipped room with comfy bed and best shower. TV reception poor. Friendly owners with good tips for dining.

Skønt sted, meget rent, velholdt.
Skønt sted, meget rent, megen plads. Det ville dog være ønskeligt med et tlf.nr., hvis der er brug for det i en akutsituation. Vi kom kl. 20.30 (1/2 time efter sidste check-in) til en låst dør og med et tlf.nr., der kun svares i dagtimerne. Heldigvis bor hotelejerne på stedet, de var hjemme, og der var ingen problemer med at få vores værelser. Der var umiddelbart ikke affaldssortering. Absolut et sted dejligt sted, som vi gerne kommer tilbage til.

Thank you Anja for your 10/10 review. We do need to clarify a couple of things however. We live onsite so are here and we answer the phone at all times, 24 hours a day. Our office hours are 7.30am - 8pm daily. It is never a problem for check ins, normally people will call ahead if they are going to arrive after 8pm and we make arrangements. We stayed in the two bedrooms deluxe suite. Its very spacious including the bathroom that is bigger than your typical 2 bedroom motel suites. The suite has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 single which were comfy to sleep on. It was clean and well equipped with a microwave, espresso machine, cutlery, glasses and bowls if you decide to have takeaway or breakfast in the room. The outdoor space with a 6 person table and chair is handy if you like to have your meal and breakfast outside. The continental breakfast provided was plentiful with cereals, nice bread with jam/vegemite/butter/honey, juices and milk. Its well located within very easy walking distance to town centre and eateries. Overall our family of 4 had a comfortable and enjoyable stay visiting to sites and wineries. Will definitely stay again when we next pay the region a visit. 5/5

We love this hotel. Have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and spacious. We love the central lawn which is a good spot for an early morning cup of tea. The town is an easy walk from the hotel with lots of beautiful gum trees and roses nearby. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

When planning my weekend to the South East, I booked in dinner at the award winning Pipers of Penola. Being around the corner, Alexander Cameron Suites was in an ideal position to walk to and from the town and restaurant. I arrived and was made welcome, and directed to my room around the corner. The rooms were quite spacious,with lots of space for luggage bags and to make you feel at home. While the weather was not ideal for long exploration around the town, having the supermarket next to the hotel was ideal. Whle I was not there, its proximity to the hospital would be helpful should the need arise. The hotel also includes disabled parking for the rooms near the entrance, which would be good for patients or families. My stay ended with the complimentary breakfast, meaning I could relax after a nice night before checkout. All in all, a comfortable hotel in a beautiful town.

With a big trip ahead it was great to have parking outside the room. The brekki supplied was excellent with great plunger coffee. The room was very spaciouscand had all the facilities we needed. Paul and his wife assisted us using the BBQ even though the weather was not bery nice.

We stayed with our two children. The rooms are spacious, clean and as pictured/described. Super close to all amenities, including the vineyards. Highly recommended.
