I miei complimenti a tutto lo staff che giudico di livello eccellente. La location sublime e raffinata. La pulizia impeccabile. Perast e' poi la eccellenza della costa di Cattaro. Unico consiglio....se mi posso permettere quello di migliorare il Breakfast che non e' all'altezza della qualita' generale dell'hotel.

L'hôtel est dans un état neuf, et les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit dejeuner est assez simple, point negatif, il n'y a d expresso, mais du café soluble. Il n y a pas de parcking sur place, mais une option de parcking a l'entrée de la ville au prix de 15 euros par jour.

The hotel is centrally located in Perast. It is a small owner-managed hotel with family character. A beautiful building, a very nice interior design and very spacious nicely and modernly furnished rooms/apartments. The rooms are technically up to date, so you can specify electronically if you do not want to be disturbed. The rooms contain a mini-bar with drinks. Satellite TV with programs from different countries in several languages. Spacious closets that provide plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The rooms are excellent to darken. They are very quiet. Bathrooms are very spacious with ground level shower - rain shower. Depending on the room choice, there is a desk and a sofa corner. The beds are good - not too hard, not too soft. The staff is very friendly, courteous and customer-oriented. They take care of everything the guest wants and find a solution, even if it is not part of the hotel's standard service. They go the extra-mile. The hotel also offers a fitness room, which is well equipped. A transfer from/to the airport can be booked individually. Breakfast is served next door in the restaurant Dardin, which belongs to the brother of the owner of the hotel. I will write another review for this. The location is top. Only a few steps to the promenade/shore. Absolutly recommended.

Wonderful ancient heritage property, with tasteful, amazingly modern refurbishment done inside. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy - both in the hotel and with activities in the area. Most notably, they arranged a private boat tour for us of sites on the bay that was perfect. Only downer: breakfast quality was medium, and on the last day was provided only with a la carte service at a snail's pace. 'Good thing we went early and were not in a hurry to depart. But Perast is beautiful and we would choose this hotel again, definitely.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, location was beautiful, service was impeccable, the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant on the water. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Perfect Stay
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights with family and friends for our wedding and it was incredible. Top notch service, clean rooms, great included breakfast and tremendously helpful and friendly staff.

DO NOT stay at this hotel
DO NOT stay at this hotel, you will certainly regret. The room had a living room with a window in the roof that was opened when we arrived, and we didn't notice because we didn't look up. In this living room there's a desk, where we left our belongings. It rained during the night and when we woke up and went to this living room our belongings (passport, cash, clothes and a notebook) were soaking wet. Passport was partially damaged, but the real problem was that the notebook was damaged beyond recovery. We told about the situation to the manager, without explicitly mentioning reimbursement for the notebook, and he replied harshly: "so you're telling us this because you want us to pay for your notebook because you forgot to close the window?". What? Close a roof window that we didn't open? There was no "I'm sorry about that" and not even a "let us give you a bottle of water to compensate for your loss". Nothing. We then went to have a breakfast, at about 10AM, and there was almost nothing left (no fruits whatsoever). Not to mention the previous dinner in the restaurant of the hotel: just terrible food, and we loved the local food from other restaurants in Montenegro! Food is a matter of opinion, but the terrible service and politeness of the hotel staff and mainly the manager let me with the feeling that they just don't deserve to run a hotel in such a beautiful heritage building.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is really customer service oriented. There was a problem with the air conditioner and they did everything to fix it. We took their private boat ride and that was a highlight. Wonderful place!

Very attractive, recently refurbished & centrally located property. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a basic buffet, typically European but a reasonable choice and all fresh. Food also available throughout the day/evening which was all very good and sensibly priced. All meals can be taken in the dining room, on the patio or on the waterfront. Although our room didn't have a balcony there are several outside private areas for guests to use where you can sit and unwind. The whole of Perast is vehicle free except for local cars and hotel buggies. The parking is located at approx 400m from the hotel and is chargeable at around 10-15 Euros/Day, we weren't aware of this when booking no great issue just a bit confusing on arrival as we had a hire car. The hotel staff were great once they knew we had arrived and collected and returned us and baggage by their electric buggy. There are several other places to eat nearby, offering a range of fair and to suit differing budgets. It can be pretty busy during the day with the arrival of coach trips etc, but calms down in the late afternoon, when it becomes even more tranquil. plenty of choices of boat trips around the bay, to the islands and a water taxi into Kotor at only 3 Euros. Regular buses run throughout the day and evening.

Très joli hôtel en plein cœur de Perast. Décoration soignée et raffinée. L’hôtel venait d’ouvrir depuis une semaine à peine quand nous y sommes allés. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Il faut laisser la voiture à l’entrée de la ville, car la rue est piétonne mais le propriétaire vient vous chercher avec une voiturette de golf ou sinon il y a 5 minutes de marche à pied. Nous avons été vraiment ravi de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. (2 nuits).

This is a beautiful newly opened hotel. We were a bit confused about parking, on arrival, but the manager apologized for the lack of communication, and personally escorted us by golf cart with our luggage, to and from the communal parking area. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the bathrooms have glass walls, and the bathtub was placed outside of the bathroom, in the bedroom. This is a poor set-up for privacy when sharing a room with others. When I pointed this out, we were given a second free room, instead of sharing. The second room also had glass bathroom walls. The breakfast was very generous, and we had no problem with booking boats to pick us up right at the hotel restaurant. Overall, wonderful staff who are willing to help with any issues that might occur. Highly recommended.
