Natale al Palazzetto!
Abbiamo trascorso il Natale ospiti di questa casa estremamente accogliente e funzionale, che permette il soggiorno confortevole di gruppi numerosi, nel rispetto della propria privacy. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile ed ha cercato di accogliere sempre le nostre richieste. Consiglio vivamente la struttura per una piacevole vacanza.

Un sogno
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di prenotare in questa splendida villa con altre 2 famiglie. Villa finemente arredata e splendida in tutto. Circa 20 posti letto e tutti comodissimi. Camere da letto ampie e ben illuminate. Bagni a volontà in tutta casa. Al pian terreno vi è una grande sala pranzo con un enorme camino. Molto accogliente la sala relax. All'esterno si trova una pineta e tanto verde. I bambini si sono divertiti sia sul campetto da calcio che a giocare a bocce. Peccato non aver potuto utilizzare la piscina date le temperature esterne ma ci siamo ripromessi di ritornarci d'estate. La proprietaria estremamente disponibile così come anche il custode. La villa è situata in una zona strategica dell'Umbria: a due passi dalla superstrada e da Perugia. Veramente una bella esperienza

Incanto e realtà
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa Villa per festeggiare i 100 giorni dalla fine dell’ultimo anno di liceo classico. La location si è dimostrata comodissima per ben 25 ragazzi, perfetta anche per i collegamenti che la rendono estremamente comoda e raggiungibile. La villa è meravigliosa e particolarmente curata in ogni dettaglio. Una nota a parte merita la disponibilità di Francesca che ha reso unico questo soggiorno e a cui va il nostro sentito ringraziamento . Esperienza eccellente.

Ottima casa per gruppo numeroso
Abbiamo soggiornato a capodanno in un gruppo di amici (7 famiglie con bambini). Francesca, la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste. La casa è comoda e spaziosa, con un piano adibito a sala hobby. La cucina ha tutto ciò che serve e le stanze sono comode e spaziose. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Esperienza rilassante, comoda e completa.
Villa bellissima, abbastanza isolata e completa di svaghi e comodità. A pochi minuti di macchina ci sono ristoranti, supermercato, centro commerciale e il resto dei servizi. Eravamo in 20 ed abbiamo avuto un soggiorno ideale. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

La casa è comoda, spaziosa, elegante e confortevole, ha tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno ed offre ogni tipo di comfort, è molto grande e si trova in una posizione tranquilla. L’host molto disponibile e gentile, un’esperienza da ripetere che consigliamo a chiunque!

La villa é molto spaziosa con una decina di camere da letto 5 bagni, salone e cucina/sala da pranzo. Inoltre al seminterrato è presente una grande sala hobby con biliardo e ping ping. È consigliatissima per gruppi numerosi o famiglie

Casa molto spaziosa e ben tenuta. Nulla che non funzioni. Tutto in ordine.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con un gruppo di amici tutti con bambini. 18 persone totali. 3 giorni di puro relax. Ideale per famiglie con bambini che si sentono liberi ti di girare in lungo e in largo per tutta la tenuta. Nessun pericolo per loro. La piscina sicuramente è il valore aggiunto. Grande e ben tenuta grazie anche al custode che ogni mattina prima del nostro risveglio passa a pulire sia il prato che la piscina. Che dire, consigliatissimo! Perugia ed Assisi molto vicine de si vuole anche fare un giro.

We stayed in this large house with 3 families (6 adults and 10 children) and had a wonderful time. The house is well equipped and has a large swimming pool. The owner welcomed us warmly and gave us useful information for visiting the area ( Peruggia, Assisi, Gubio). We can recommend this house.

August 2023 stay
We were a group of 18 people all related, with 8 young cousins aged 3 - 10. The site is ideal for such a group, with the springboard over the swimming pool a special attraction. Perugia & Assissi were voted best outings, although the myriad sporting activities on site - including a cut down football field for a five a side championship - made for a perfect holiday. The mosquito proof bedroom windows are most efficient, and the warm dry weather a big bonus. We were in time for the blackberry harvest- delicious! Francesca is assisted by a helpful team, and indeed we had two formal dinners courtesy of her chef. Perhaps the security system should be explained to future guests. We had no time to try out the cinema / music system, but did use the WiFi satisfactorily. A big thank you to Francesca - we hope you continue to offer your family home to new visitors.

Very nice house
We had a very good stay at Villa Palazzetti. The house and the rooms are large and comfortable. We were a group of 12 adults and 10 children between 4 and 9 years. The garden is huge. The ideal place for children to play as there is a small forest, a football pitch, a large swimming pool. The house is very well located close to supermarkets and the highway

Wonderful house, amazing poolens perfect holiday and perfect host
We have had an amazing stay in Francesca’s palazzetto. We were a party of 4 families with 12 adults and two kids age 11 and 14. The house is nice and big in typical Italian style. The bed rooms were nice and spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed. It was perfect with 2 fridges so there was plenty of room for all the cold beverages that are needed in +35 degrees. The pool was absolutely amazing, large in size and with a deep end for diving and jumping in the water. The pool was kept nice and clean by a local pool man and the automatic cleaning system. It was very hot during our stay but the house was nice and cool being a stone house and there are fans in all bed rooms. We used the window shutters to keep the heat out during the day and opened them during the night. There are activity rooms in the basement which we also enjoyed with games of table tennis and pool. The accessories to the pool table could use an upgrate, so could the soccer table but otherwise everything worked well for fun and games. The only thing I would have liked to know before booking is the fact that the pool activites are to be kept at a minimum and very quiet between 2-4 pm due to siesta in the neigbouring houses. We managed but we had to plan around it. All in all we had a fantastic week and would like to visit the palazzetto again to explore even more of the beautiful sorroundings. Fantastiskt hus och pool
Vi var inalles 18 personer, 9 vuxna och 9 barn och alla hade gott om plats i detta fantastiska stora hus. Fungerade perfekt då vi inte behövde trängas. Allt fanns för att tillaga våra måltider. Uteplatsen med grill och det stora bordet var en höjdare, där åt vi alla måltider i skuggan. Poolen var stor och det fanns många solstolar, ett plus för att den var inhägnad med låsbar grind då vi hade många små barn med. Härliga områden runt huset med olivträd och pinjer. Fotbollsplanen lockade många. Vi kunde promenera till en närliggande restaurang men för matinköp behövdes bil. Sammanlagt ett fantastiskt ställe där vi trivdes mycket bra. Det enda negativa var att kostnad för el och gas tillkommer och man vet inte summan förrän vid avresan. Den var skyhög! Tycker att den kostnaden borde vara inbakad i hyran från början. Stort tack till Francesca som var mycket älskvärd och som gav oss tips och råd och snabbt svarade på mail.

Séjour entre amis - 3 familles - 15 personnes
Nous étions 3 familles avec jeunes étudiants et ado. super séjour où tout était réuni : beaucoup d’espace, le charme de la maison, un très grand jardin où nous avons profité des terrains de volley, foot et pétanque, et une très grande piscine très bien équipée en sièges. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’Immense table pour les repas dehors et l’éclairage impeccable Les bruits de la campagne sont bien là (coqs et chiens la nuit) mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Francesca et sa cousine sont toujours disponibles en cas de nécessité, c’est très pratique et agréable. Nous rechoisirions cette location sans problème et la conseillons pour des vacances en famille ou en groupe.

Bellissima casa nel cuore dell'Umbria, meraviglioso giardino!
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana nella Villa Il Palazzetto. Eravamo un gruppo di 18 persone, 11 adulti e 7 ragazzi (età tra i 3 e i 14 anni). La proprietaria è stata fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa in ordine e pulita. Il giardino è molto grande e ben tenuto. Comodo il grande tavolo per pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Piscina bella sia per adulti che per ragazzi e bambini. La posizione della casa è comoda per visitare con brevi spostamenti (max 30 minuti) Gubbio, Assisi e Perugia. La casa è immersa in mezzo alla campagna e i rumori sono quelli tipici della campagna, non ci sono strade vicino. Siamo andati via con un bellissimo ricordo di una settimana splendida! Grazie :)

Superbes vacances
Nous avons loué cette superbe maison pendant deux semaines en juillet. Nous étions un groupe d’amis avec enfants (20 personnes). - Super accueil de la part de Francesca qui est très réactive en cas de petits problèmes - Très grande maison et grand terrain, bien entretenus. Même à 20 nous ne nous sentions pas du tout à l’étroit. - Grande piscine, avec toboggan et plongeoir. - Grande table ombragée pour les repas en communs. - Supermarchés, et tous commerces à proximité. - Très calme (à part les chiens et les coqs qui font du bruit la nuit… c’est la campagne) Bref de superbes vacances entre amis !! Nous recommandons sans hésitation !!! Ludovic

Very spacious villa
The large house was great for our large party of adults. All the bedrooms are very spacious and there is plenty of room to find time to yourself when you need to. The pool is really good and was cleaned every morning before anyone was up. The gardens are also very large with a badminton area, a football area and a pétanque area as well as the pool and large outside table for dining. It would have been better had we had cushions on the plastic garden chairs and sun beds. Francesca was very quick to respond to any queries. I asked if there were any hairdryers and she bought a couple to ensure they were there for us. Although Francesca had messaged me before I made the booking to say that gas and electricity was an additional cost at 1Euro a Kw it was a shock to find out at the end of the one week that we had incurred a bill of 180 euros. We didn’t think we had been excessive in our usage but maybe the water heating is very expensive. The main downside it has to be said is the local barking dogs through most of the night. The cockerels we could have coped with but there were some very angry dogs nearby that seemed to sleep all day and bark most of the night. It meant many of us did not get much sleep. It is such a shame because the property and location is really good. Perugia and the really beautiful town of Assisi is close by and there is a lovely restaurant within walking distance.

Lovely big group stay
We meet up as a group of 4 families every year and the consensus was this was the best villa we’ve had. Positives - Owner and her family/helpers were lovely. Always contactable and helpful on arranging things for us. During our stay we had chef’s service twice from the owner’s cousin which was simply spectacular. We are talking top, top food made with an incredible amount of passion. Great price too, highly recommended. They also arranged babysitting which went off without a hitch, lovely people. The house itself is gorgeous. Oozing with history and atmosphere. Personally I thought the outside was the best bit - swimming pool is easily the best we’ve had with a great slide and diving board, gardens and football pitch were lovely. Inside the house is huge and very good for families. Beds are pretty comfy, there’s no air con but the house generally keeps quite cool. Furnishings are on the antique-side which really makes the place feel like something out of a period drama. It has so much character. Location is perfect. We went to the amazing little vineyard next door - Cantina Brugnoni - twice and it’s a lovely place to taste some wines and relax on their terrace. Locanda dei Golosi is a 10 minute walk away and was a revelation - we ate there on 4 different nights as it was so good for kids and the food was amazing. Perugia itself is handy for shopping/a night out (taxis were fine to take us back) plus loads of other towns nearby. The local area is beautiful and amazing to walk around and enjoy nature. Negatives - So few as this place is great. - kitchen is well equipped but - like a couple of the bathrooms- could do with just a little updating. Very minor though. - house is generally v cool but on a boiling night a fan would be helpful so we bought a few for the villa. Owner was kind enough to reimburse us. - nothing to do with the owner but the local guard dogs can be really annoying at night. Given how lovely the area is I’m amazed they are needed. Overall This place is wonderful and I highly, highly recommend it to families or groups of friends. The location is spectacular and the house and outside space is first class. You won’t regret booking!

Amazing stay

wir hatten diese Villa für ein Familientreffen gemietet
Wir hatten sehr viel Platz für 9 Erwachsene 4 Kinder und 2 Hunde. Langweilig wurde es nie mit Schwimmbad Pingpong Billard Fussball... Der Garten war riesig und mit vielen Bäumen und Sträuchern. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und 5 Badezimmer waren sehr praktisch. In der Umgebung findet man sehr gute Restaurants. Kulturell wäre Perugia Assisi Gubbio .... zu empfehlen.

Komfortabel und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet
Wir verbrachten mit unserer Gruppe zwei ausgezeichnete Wochen in diesem Haus, das von allen als sehr komfortabel erlebt wurde. Die Größe garantiert auch Kühle an heißesten Tagen, der Pool ist groß und gut gepflegt. Im Wäldchen sitzt man gut im Schatten, der Garten ist bewässert. Selten erlebt man eine Ausstattung dieser Art von der Küchengegenständen bis hin zum offenen Kamin fehlt es an nichts. Der große Vorteil: In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Autobahn und kann innerhalb einer halben Stunde alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Umbriens erreichen. Dazu gibt es in der näheren Umgebung einiges an Abteien und interessanten Dörfern zu sehen.

Un excellent séjour en famille
Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes âgées de 8 à 80 ans à séjourner dans cette très belle demeure qui date du début du XX siècle. A notre arrivée, nous avons étés accueillis par Francesca, la propriétaire qui nous à expliqué tout le fonctionnement EN FRANCAIS. Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses et décorées avec goût, La piscine est immense et conçue pour que petits et grands puissent en profiter. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci au Signore Lamberto qui veillait au quotidien à ce que tout se passe bien.

The most perfect Umbrian retreat
We booked this house for our family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. There were 19 of us ranging from 1 year old - 87 year old, with all sorts of children and grandchildren in between, and there was plenty of room for all of us, and facilities to suit all. The 10 bedrooms accommodated everybody comfortably. The two very very long tables in both the kitchen and the garden meant that we could all sit and eat together. The kitchen was very well equipped. The basement with a table tennis table, and a full sized billiard table, as well as a petanque court meant the teenagers were never bored. The swimming pool is fantastic. It is big enough to have a proper swim, and is deep enough to dive from the diving board. There are plenty of loungers to accommodate everyone. The house is set in large grounds, so you never feel you are disturbing people, and is full of surprises such as swings, a playhouse, and a football pitch. There were supermarkets and bars all close by (a 5 minute drive away). And the most amazing local butcher. We had some Italian friends come over for a BBQ on the Saturday to celebrate the birthday, and they said they would be returning to that butcher as the meat was so good. From the moment I booked, Francesca communicated with me very promptly and was always very accommodating to all my questions. She was there with her sister to meet us, and gave us a tour of the house and told us the history of the house. It felt privileged to be allowed to stay in this family home that is obviously very loved. Our whole group had such a lovely time staying here that we all felt quite low on our first day back in England. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, and can't wait to return. In fact, this was not my first choice when booking, but the house I originally tried to book would not allow us to stay for only 3 nights. I am so pleased because we would never have discovered this wonderful house.

Une demeure chargée d'histoire dans un écrin de verdure !
Nous étions huit adultes et huit adolescents et le "Palazzetto" nous a permis de passer une semaine bien agréable avec les jeunes installés au 3ème étage et les adultes au 2ème étage. Nous avons visité Assise, Spoleto, les chutes de Marmore, Gubbio (sur les bons conseils d'Alessandra), les bords du lac Trasimeno et bien évidemment Pérouse. Nous rentrions vers 15h pour profiter de la piscine et du parc dans lequel notre chien a pu courir à sa guise. Nous avons mangé tous les soirs dehors dans le parc. La région est très belle et notre plus agréable souvenir restera le "Palazzetto" dont les pièces grandes ont un mobilier, des bibelots et des photos chargés d'histoire qui laissent le sentiment d'avoir voyagé dans le temps. Merci à Francesca et Alessandra (deux cousines) de nous avoir accueillis si chaleureusement dans leur grande maison familiale.
