Hotel molto comodo x spostarsi perchè c'è l'autostrada a 200 mt....una cosa sempre negativa x gli hotel esteri che cambiano gli asciugamani ogni 3 giorni e questa cosa nn va mai bene

Il personale e' stato molto cortese e disponibile. Mi hanno offerto WIFI anche se era a pagamento. Si può' agevolmente parcheggiare di fronte all'albergo gratuitamente

Dieses Mal bekamen wir dankenswerter Weise ein großes und ruhiges Zimmer (Boarding Room). Schade, dass man immer noch den Meldeschein ausfüllen / unterschreiben muss, obwohl man online gebucht und auch schon vorab bezahlt hatte. Am 2. Tag war der Zugang zum Zimmer gesperrt, die Zugangskarte musste neu programmiert werden - die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich nicht dafür entschuldigt, was ich als Gast aber einfach erwarte. Im Bad war eine Wandsteckdose nicht sicher befestigt, was am 2. Tag fachmännisch korrigiert wurde. Das Hotel liegt bekanntermaßen im Industriegebiet, was aber vorab bekannt war und auch seine Vorteile hat - nämlich viele kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Lieber Peter,vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.Dass Meldescheine ausgefüllt werden müssen, ist so vom Gesetzgeber vorgegeben, dies können wir daher nicht beeinflussen. Wir bitten aber um Entschuldigung, dass sie Karte nicht funktioniert hat und eine Steckdose nicht korrekt befestigt war. Dies sollte natürlich nicht vorkommen und es entspricht auch nicht unserem Standard.Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und herzliche Grüße aus Pforzheim

Frühstück hat leider nachgelassen. Brötchen hart, ansonsten Fertiggerichte. Brötchen nicht schneidebar, wirkten von gestern. Ein Tag gute Brötchen, Tags drauf hart als seien sie von gestern nochmal genommen worden. Betten hart und unbequem.

Generally good stay.
Generally a great stay but had a problem with the shower in the morning, which when i reported it, they just said ok, thank you. Anyway I did without the shower.

Liebe Nicole,vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Unsere Economy Zimmer sind in der Tat im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Zimmerkategorien noch nicht renoviert und deshalb auch günstiger. Trotzdem sollten die Zimmer natürlich nicht nach Rauch riechen, zumal wir ein Nichtraucher Hotel sind. Bitte entschuldigen Sie vielmals. Leider halten sich nicht alle Gäste an das Rauchverbot. Unser Housekeeping Team macht dann schon aufwendige Sonderreinigungen und lüftet sehr gut, trotzdem ist der Geruch für Nichtraucher dann manchmal noch spürbar. Wir können hier nur nochmals an alle Gäste appellieren, sich an die Regeln zu halten und nicht in den Zimmern zu Rauchen. Zumal wir die Sonderreinigung bei Zuwiderhandlung in Rechnung stellen.Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und herzliche Grüße aus Pforzheim

Liebe Lilli,vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.Man zahlt bei uns nicht grundsätzlich mehr, wenn man telefonisch reserviert, wir haben aber manchmal online Aktionen, in denen rabatierte Preise angeboten werden, das ist richtig. Darauf weisen wir dann aber auch hin. Den Preis für die Nutzung unserer hoteleigenen, abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage halten wir mit 10,00 Euro pro Auto und Nacht auch nicht für überteuert. Vielmehr liegen wir damit noch unter dem ortsüblichen Durchschnitt. Es gibt aber auch zahlreiche öffentliche Parkplätze in direkter Hotelumgebung, die gerne kostenfrei genutzt werden können. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie unsere Mitarbeiter lobend erwähnen und geben das Kompliment gerne an unser Empfangsteam weiter.Herzliche Grüße aus Pforzheim

Das Zimmer war gut, dank Klimaanlage (je nach Zimmerkategorie) auch angenehme Temperatur. Trotz gebuchten Frühstücks (12,50€) kaum Platz im Speisesaal. Auswahl ließ zu wünschen übrig, da sehr viel Fleisch- und Wurstwaren. Keine Milchalternativen. Personal freundlich und meist zeitnah für einen da. Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis (10€) vorhanden.

Liebe Laura,vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback!Wir hatten während Ihres Aufenthaltes eine große Gruppe im Haus, weshalb wir auch darauf hingewiesen haben, dass zur Frühstückszeit der Gruppe im Frühstücksraum etwas eng werden kann und haben alternative Frühstückszeiten angeboten. Es tut uns trotzdem sehr leid, dass dies zu Unannehmlichkeiten geführt hat. Wir bieten als Milchalternativem am Frühstücksbuffet auch Mandel- und Sojamilch an.
