Nice property. Great staff. Pool was really murky. No soap on the sink. Needed to go to the tub to get it out of the bottle. Otherwise the service was great and the food was really good in the restaurant.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel room itself was very dirty. Dust was EVERYWHERE. If I ran my finger across any of the desks, I would be able to catch a significant amount of dust. Few very visible light colored stains on the carpet as if they didn't even try. I would certainly opt for another hotel next time.

Beautiful, directly on the Delaware River, fantistic view of river and both bridges from room! My only complaint is the staff could have let me know that breakfast could have been purchased in advance cheaper than ordering in person. Definitely a beautiful place to stay! Lots of very close attractions.

I love the water view. However, items were moved around in our room upon leaving today. And our cat bag was closed on our cat without our help. So it seems someone was in our room and the hotel denied it was room service.

Staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast was our fave because the dining staff were so warm and funny it made our day. Our room on the other hand was not clean, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed and i know this because we found hair all over the sheets and pillows , and whilst laying in them hoping that the hair came from the house keepers we were itching as if allergic to something sprayed on the sheets, i had to make a call down to the front dest for a whole new set of bedding which i opted to changed myself die to it being pretty late and us already having settled in . The toilet seat had debris on it and there was a dirty Q tip and left over trash in the bathroom bin. The bin in the room was ripped to shreds inside of the bin . Our room experience just wasn't one to call home about , the only good part of it was the view.

Will never stay at this hotel again kids were in pool area unattended screaming, cursing, and blasting music. Bathroom inside my room was messed up. Staff had to come change the battery for my door wasn’t able to get in room for about 20minutes or so. Will not recommend.

Great view of the river, but also the highway. Some of the room amenities are not quite what they should be for the price, but otherwise very pleasant stay. Great location.

My too. However hot water was very much like warm like it would not get hot at all room 1601 I just was back and forth to the casino so I didn’t complain I stayed out one night out of the two nights I planned there and I’m still waiting for my deposit also but overall I love the Hilton especially at penns landing it’s always a beautiful place to be the lights and the atmosphere is always calm

Our room smelled strongly of Marijuana when we checked in. The carpet was stained, the only gave us two bath towels ( for two adults) and the thermosat did not work properly.

We arrived later in the evening and everyone we interacted with was great. The valet, front desk staff, and especially the bartender were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet the next morning was better than expected also. Will stay here again next time we are in Philly.

Picked this place for the views of the river and city, Having to take 3 elevators from parking garage to hotel lobby is annoying. Room was cold although we set thermostat all the way to 80 in an attempt to warm it. Coffee cup lids and desk area had a thick layer of dust on everything. No room service available for dining options, and the restaurant in the lobby didn’t look very good with just sandwiches and other small plates. Short drive to rivers casino and good views. Wouldn’t stay again.
