Hotel con Wi-Fi a Philadelphia

“The stay was good. The many requests to review are not. The texting...not. I understand the importance of reviews to merchants and business people. But give the customer a moment to breathe. I did not stay at this b&b. My wife and son did. I forwarded the first two requests for review to my wife. She is very busy. I am very busy. I hope I've made my concerns clear. ”

“Una bella lobby ed è situato in una zona comoda per visitare la città. La stanza e bagno nella norma. Purtroppo è molto rumorosa, sino alla sera tardi abbiamo sentito il traffico della strada sotto l’hotel. Anche il Wi-Fi funzionava male. Comoda la caffetteria a cui si accede dalla lobby. Al check in abbiamo trovato una receptionist non del tutto cordiale ”

“The staff was amazing. I asked for an extended stay and they gave us a complimentary extension which is very nice since I was willing to pay for whatever they charge us for it. But that gesture from the staff will always be remembered when I make my future booking plans. You have now my loyalty.”

“Nice stay :) Courteous staff, clean room, good breakfast options. Only issue was that the air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. I put on the coolest setting but it was very warm throughout the night. Whenever I exited the room, I noticed the difference. Aside from that, everything was great! Thanks, Best Western Plus!”
