I just concluded a 13-day stay and over-all, was satisfied with the hotel. Like most hotels in Cambodia, the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
However, there are a few things they can improve. For example, just once I would like to find a hotel that advertises itself as smoke-free, actually be smoke-free. Finding an ashtray in the room upon arrival- and smelling lingering smoke- was not the way I wanted to start my visit. Also, the breakfasts, while available in your room, are rather limited, and having to pay for a coffee refill, is a bit much. Still, these are minor annoyances and I still recommend the hotel.
