Our first phoenix trip
Loved the Casita. It had everything we needed and more. Location was good. pretty easy to get where we wanted to go visit. Owners were super nice!!! It had a pool but the weather didn't cooperate. Was not heated which is something i neglected to check. Would highly recommend this cute cozy and comfy Casita. Thank you!!

What a beautiful place. Very peaceful. The casita was beautifully decorated, as was the yard. Close to restaurants, shopping and within 1/2 hour to most spring training parks. Price was very fair. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Great Place to stay
What a wonderful little casita. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the beautiful flowers, walking through garden and enjoyed hearing birds eat morning. The decor was adorable. Great location with easy access to airport and a nice neighborhood. Very friendly host. This is the place to stay!! We will be back!

As always, Cactus Flower Casita hosts, Jim & Pam, thought of everything, even coverage of the little details/needs, which ensured that our 2 week stay was fabulous! We’ve stayed there 2 years in a row and are already booked for a month next spring.

Cozy and quiet oasis in Phoenix
This place had everything I needed and felt super comfortable. I felt safe and it was in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. This place felt like home and Jim was very responsive during my stay. Instructions were clear and check-in was smooth. I would 100% stay at this place again if I returned to Phoenix!

Truly a gem!
The only word I can think of to describe the Encanto Cactus Flower Casita is "Perfect" and that doesn't come close to describing this property. Among other things, it's conveniently located, has a lovely private patio (including a grill), and offers a secure single-car garage. The owners have anticipated every possible need their guests might encounter and more. The gardens and landscaping are extraordinary and demand that you take time to just sit back and rest in one of the charming sitting areas they've created for everyone's enjoyment. The Casita is impeccably decorated inside with inspiring touches I would love to duplicate in our own home. Our stay was in early December and the owners even had a pencil Christmas tree decorated for us! There was a basket of snacks waiting when we arrived and extensive folders containing all the information we could possibly need about the area and the Casita itself. We also enjoyed being greeted every morning by the owners' two dogs William and Giblet. It's a pet-friendly property which says a lot about the caring character of the owners. I just wish it would have been warm enough to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. Guess that means a return trip will be required! You will love everything about the Cactus Flower Casita!

Another lovely stay!
This was our second and definitely not our last stay at the Cactus Flower Casita. As stated from our visit in May, Jim and Pam have thought of every detail to make their guests feel at home. This visit was during the Thanksgiving holiday so we were out and about most of the time. The advantage of our own garage for easy in and out so we're not a bother to our hosts is a nice bonus. Plus, we love our own side garden space to enjoy the beautiful landscaping talent of our hosts, and don't miss the entertainment of so many birds at the feeder!

Better than most VRBOs
The casita was clean, the hosts thought of absolutely everything! The absolute BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Snacks on arrival, coffee/tea provided so we did mot have to run out early in the morning to grab it. You couldn’t make Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchenette, but we didn’t plan to. We made breakfast each morning. It was just right! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom linens were plush. The outdoor spaces were delightful! Our granddaughter is at ASU for the next three years. We will be back!

Beautiful and peaceful
We really enjoyed our stay at the Casita, and the colorful garden was so serene. My morning tea/coffees were extra pleasant as I watched the birds at the feeders and water fountain. This was a short drive away from trendy shops and good restaurants. The Casita was very clean and well-stocked, and the local brochures, magazines, and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Having the private garage a few feet away really was helpful, as we had so many purchases to bring in/out when packing up the car. I will judge all future stays by this experience. Thank you so much for enhancing our birthday weekend.

Owners thought of everything when preparing this home. Stocked with everything you need to have a worryfree vacation. Was very clean and decorated nicely. Most comfortable pull out bed I have ever slept on. Nice private patio in the shade and refreshing pool! Would stay again!

Our new favorite in PHX!
What a wonderful 10 days we had in the Cactus Flower Casita! Jim and Pam are wonderful hosts and the casita was perfect in every single way - Jim and Pam have thought of everything to make their guests feel right at home. Well appointed kitchen - you don't miss the stove, I promise, roomy bedroom and living spaces - hard to believe you're in a casita! The casita provides lots of outdoor space just for the guests and Jim and Pam also give you freedom to use their pool, which I enjoyed on the 100 degree days. And the location is ideal - easy to get to downtown Phoenix, Encanto Park, and best of all for us, just a 5 minute drive to family that we are visiting!

relaxing vacation property
It was a beautiful property with flowering bushs and plants. The owners live on the property but you don't know it. They are there if you need them but other than that you don't see them. Bed was very comfortable would return there again. The only thing I missed was a stove and oven but had a air fryer and a grill worked out great.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed in!
Jim & Pam’s casita is absolutely beautiful, decorated to such a high standard and really clean. They have provided everything you could need, and more! The gardens and pool area are lovely, so relaxing listening to the birds and watching the hummingbirds. The location is great, super accessible to Phoenix. Jim and Pam are amazing hosts, so friendly and accommodating; it was great to meet them, and I’d definitely stay again! Would highly recommend.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years all across the USA. The cactus flower casita is now one of our top favorites. The minute we stepped into the backyard oasis it was like being in our own private getaway. The casitas itself is adorable and Jim & Pam have made sure everything is available to you. The attention to detail with all the comforts of home. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

This being our first time using VRBO, we were blown away by the wonderful experience. The hosts were very welcoming when we arrived. Once inside, we felt at home. The decor was very relaxing and zen. The attention to detail for amazing. Jim and Pam thought of everything we would possibly need. The outside patio provided a wonderful quiet place to read and a hummingbird even came to say hello. It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. We plan on visiting Phoenix again and hope to stay here. I have already referred them to a few people I know. Such a great place

This is my favorite VRBO in Phoenix! The owners have thought of everything- well stocked casita with anything you may need or want, beautifully decorated, super clean, safe neighborhood, private garage for renters to use, separate entrance, lovely pool which we used daily, comfy bed, and coffee!! Check in was easy. Owners were respectful of our privacy, but pleasant to talk with when we saw them. They offer a nice garage for parking vehicle. Our Titan barely fit, but a smaller vehicle would fit fine. The many patios were so nicely decorated and each entrance was easily accessed. It was clear they put a lot of thought into what visitors may need/want during their stay. The fully stocked kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry were great, and I used the Keurig every morning!!

Safe and Perfect
Just a wonderful little “apartment” with private garage and several entries!! Swimming pool was perfect respite to the heat and our early morning balloon ride (@3:50!!!). We were able to cool off and relax. Washer and dryer was a great plus for us to do a load after traveling the week! Definite and only place for us to stay if we go back to Phoenix!! L&D REYNOLDS

This was one of the most beautiful serene peaceful places I have ever stayed. Jim and Pam were lovely hosts that made our stay comfortable. The place was immaculate, not a speck of dust, or dirt anywhere. There were personal touches everywhere. Everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot wait to go back and stay again. Most beautiful and warm Airbnb ever
This was the most inviting and beautifully done Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been to many. It’s clear it was professionally designed/decorated and no detail was left untouched. Pam and James were wonderful, communicative and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this if you have a chance to book it, don’t even hesitate. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Awesome!
This place is incredible. It is very, very clean and has a cozy atmosphere that promotes relaxation. It's a perfect spot to unwind in the central Phoenix area. While very convenient to downtown and Sky Harbor airport, the location was quiet and easily accessible. The casita has EVERYTHING you might need. We've never booked a property that was so thoughtfully put together. The owners were wonderful and the check in process very easy. 5+ stars!

Complete Casita
When you read reviews of VRBO properties that say, the host has thought of everything, that is the kind of place to rent. And, this wonderful casita is no exception. Jim and Pam have done an amazing job of covering all the bases with their rental. We couldn't have enjoyed the accommodations any more. Having the garage to park in, is a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and the outdoor areas provided, are top notch. Thanks again, Jim and Pam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cutest house!
I can't say enough about our stay at this property. I stay at a lot of VRBO's and this one is definitely tops on my list. Jim and Pam have thought of absolutely everything that you could want. The house was a great location, close to friends, activities and the airport (but not loud at all) very clean with everything we could ask for and just, well, cute as heck!! Our only regret is only staying for 3 nights and not having the chance to meet Pam! Will definitely recommend this place to friends visiting the Phoenix area! Brian and Jackie
