hotel vicino all'aeroporto
L'hotel é comodo poiché vicino all'aeroporto. In centro a downtown Phoenix che si può girare tranquillamente a piedi. Con la metropolitana leggera si possono raggiungere Temp e Mesa e con Uber nel giro di una mezz'ora si raggiungere Scottsdale.

My biggest issue was parking. They offer valet to everyone. On the day I checked in there was a baseball game and they allowed the fans to pay for valet and we were told to park a block away for $15. Why not have the valet exclusive to customers of the hotel and tell everyone else to park a block away? I choose hotels that offer valet so I don’t have to look for parking and carry luggage! Annoyed!

The Property advertises its rooftop bar as an amenity, but as a hotel guest I was denied entry because they "honor reservations first". There were not only many open tables but tons of space around the bar perimeter. The staff was very rude and dismissive. Not the level of service or courtesy I have come to expect from Hilton properties.

Endless homeless people sleeping at the entrance of the hotel. Unable to find the valet person to get our car numerous times. Dirty dirty rooms and check in was as slow as molasses with only one person checking people in. Horrible

This hotel is lovely! The inside is very elegant. The bedrooms were nice and clean. We didn’t have any noise issues. The rooftop bar was decent. The area around it is much to be desired. Being downtown, there are a lot of homeless, parking without the valet is difficult.

Our stay was fantastic with the exception of morning housekeeping. They attempted to enter our room without knocking well before check out time.

Great hotel in historic building
Nice downtown hotel in an old bank building. Because it was originally built as a bank it has a funky layout which we thought was neat. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, although keep in mind that they charge an automatic service charge. Front desk staff was super friendly. No shuttle to the airport, but Uber wasn't bad. Overall, a pleasant stay. Oh, and rooms were big! Bathroom was also quite nice. Light rail is a bit noisy outside, but not unbearable. I'd definitely stay again.

I really have no complaints. I just didn’t know there was a club near that I’d hear at night. It wasn’t a big deal and not the hotel’s fault. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall I had a nice stay.

The staff was helpful. The hotel is dated, and the gym is very limited and the upstairs bar adds gratuity to your tab without warning. I still wasn't refunded my deposit.
