Wir haben uns gefreut, dass Sie sich für unsere Ferienwohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern entschieden haben.Die Großeltern bequem und entspannt ruhten und Sie mit Ihren Kindern Ihre Privatsphäre genossen haben.Leider waren die Wetterbedingungen in der von Ihnen gewählten Urlaubszeit nicht ideal für die Bedürfnisse Ihres geliebten Hundes.Alle Strände sind vom 1. Oktober bis 30. April für Hunde geöffnet.In der verbleibenden Zeit sind an einigen öffentlichen Stränden Hunde willkommen und entsprechend für den Tierschutz ausgestattet.Nochmals vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Urlaub an der italienischen Riviera.

Tack så mycket Maria, att ha blivit vald som ett avkopplande havsstopp på den Italienska Rivieran för din underbara tågresa i Europa har gjort oss hedrade.Att resa är kultur och mötet med olika människor gör oss speciella.Vi har också implementerat etiketterna för vår vingård.Tack och ses nästa gång!

Merci François pour les compliments sur notre maison de vacances.Notre avantage est de ne pas être trop proche de la route principale et des belles plages de Pietra Ligure, car ici vous pourrez profiter du silence et de la tranquillité.Ce coin de paradis ne serait pas si unique si vous étiez trop près de la mer et des nombreux vacanciers qui fréquentent les plages.Nous avons bien le 30% de nos unités face à la mer et elles sont disponibles moyennant un supplément (sous réserve de disponibilité).Notre parking privé (payant) est toujours disponible comme alternative au parking public.

At check-in the two ladies were surprised that they had a complete apartment at their disposal.The ladies were convinced they had booked just 2 hotel's rooms.We made it clear that they had booked a self-catering apartment with 2 separate bedrooms with private terrace and balcony, plus a large living room with kitchenette and American-style refrigerator.Once seen, the apartment was very apreciated for the location near the large children's pool, the bar and the children's play area.It was also illustrated our Italian breakfast service and all the services, the private beach (for a fee of course) the internal private parking (for a fee) the outdoor public parking but free, the supermarket, the shortcut to get to the center and visit the restaurants.We are an eco-friendly house and we raise awareness of saving gas, energy and differentiating sweeping to respect and improve the environment.The air conditioning is autonomous and the payment is according to consumption to empower and avoid waste.On departure after 6 nights they have paid 30 :Just 10 for air conditioning (less than 2 euros per each night and not 8 per night as indicated on the desciption);and 20 for the tourist tax (1 per night per person for a maximum of 5 nights).Everything is well specified in our description.As we are not a hotel, we do not clean the apartments during the period of occupation of the housing unit.We clean on the arrival and departure of each new customer.This 2 families have bought and paid (for a large single unit) in a self-catering service (the cheaper one) and not for an hotel service!

Vielen Dank Angela für Ihre Bewertung zu unserer Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung Ihrer Küchenzeile haben wir auf Basis Ihrer Wünsche umgehend integriert. Aus der Beschreibung geht hervor, dass es sich um eine "Kochnische" handelt, die sich stark von einer geräumigen Küche mit Zubehör und Ausstattung eines Hauses unterscheidet. Sie haben sich entschieden, mit dem Zug zu reisen (ausgezeichnet, da weniger umweltbelastend), aber natürlich war Ihr Gepäck unerlässlich, und mit zwei kleinen Kindern sind die Bedürfnisse beträchtlich, und wir haben unser Bestes getan, um die Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen, die vor Ort auftreten können. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen mit Ihren lieben Kindern, nochmals vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!
