We took my kiddos to this hotel since we were in town for Dollywood. The hotel was at a great price compared to the $500 ones down the road. The hotel was super clean. The pool and hot tub indoor was so much fun. They even hav a lazy river, out door pool, and outdoor got tub. Plus a firepit. It was very nice sitting on the balcony looking at the smokey mountains. 5/5

Property was clean, safe and staff was friendly! Pools, hot tubs & lazy river were spectacular! Having the free breakfast tomorrow am, so we shall see about that but I’m sure it’ll be great. Beds were extremely comfortable. LOVED having a balcony!

Stayed here for a short spring break getaway and had an amazing time!! The rooms are clean and spacious, love the balcony’s as well. The outdoor and indoor pools were very clean. Will definitely be back and would make it our “ go to” place to stay when we visit.

Liked the room w couch and kitchenette although the counter had not been wiped. The bathroom was refurbished and brand new! We were relaxed and the breakfast was typical and ran until 10:00. We would stay there again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Each room had a full size fridge and freezer. You could cook in the room. Gorgeous property. My only issue was the beds and pillows may need to be updated. Loved the balcony.

Very nice place to stay. This was our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean rooms, great parking, just a few minutes from the main parkway without having to deal with all the noise.

It was a good place for our family to stay. The breakfast was great and the kitchenette in our room was nice. The main floor near the breakfast and lobby doesn’t currently have a working bathroom so when my little kids had to go a breakfast time, it was very inconvenient to have to go back up to our room or walk all the way around to the conference center. The laundry facility on property is njce and all staff we encountered were professional and helpful.

The staff was wonderful and the room was nice. Things are currently being updated so there's construction but it's nothing to crazy! The only complaint... the elevators.... so slow. Other than that, great experience.

Very nice
Very nice place to stay. Was clean even though going through a remodel in some areas. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Traveling from Michigan
Very clean. Beautiful property. I got a suite so my husband and I could go to Dollywood. Great view from the balcony we used the kitchen and had Continental breakfast during our stay. 10/10
