This motel is across the street from the LeConte Center and is easily accessible by walking. Great location for all local attractions. Staff are professional and great to work with.

I liked the staff was very nice and accommodating, the room and grounds were well kept. The rooms have everything you need , they are clean and stocked with essentials. The location is central to shows, eating establishments and shopping. It’s an older hotel, the single queen we stayed in felt a little small. I’m sure the double suites are larger. But I would definitely stay again.

The area was convenient. The room was clean. It could have used an update. It was nothing fancy but clean. Pool and hot tub was outside in the open no privacy.

Great motel--quick access to Dollywood, walkable to lots of restaurants and tourist options, clean, affordable, with lots of treats (popcorn, homemade cookies, Krispy Kreme donuts) for free in the office each day. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Pigeon Forge.

This property was amazing. We came for a mini honeymoon and had the best time. Close to the island without all the noise of the island. Very sweet staff and clean rooms. There is nothing negative we could say about Mountain Breeze Motel! Y'all keep up the great family business you got going!

Lobby area isn't really a lobby. Checking out there were older gentleman that were just sitting in there talking to I guess the owner/manager taking up the little space they do have in what they call a lobby.

Easy access to the main road. Cleanliness, closed to near by attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy. I made a mistake on my reservation and they helped me. Simple Breakfast oatmeal bags, hot coffee, cookies, doughnuts. At night, can grab same items plus popcorn.

I was pleasently surprised by this motel. The staff were so nice at check‐in. The rooms were cozy and very clean. My only con is that the doors need new locks. It was impossible to lock my door from the outside using the key. But all-in-all this would definitely be somewherre i would stay again.

Property and room were clean. Enjoyed the rocking chair outside the room, even though it was cold outside. The staff were very friendly and the fresh coffee 24/7 was nice. Enjoyed dinner at the BBQ place next door.

Cozy comforts of home
Customer service was amazing from start to finish. They offer coffee and snacks free of charge in the office. The rooms were decorated very cozy, and have the most comfortable chairs ever. I would call their decor style more rustic than the new modern places, but that’s what we prefer and it feels more like home. This will definitely be our go-to place when we are in town! Very reasonable and well worth every dollar.

OUTSTANDING
The room is rustic. Very clean and everything you need it there. They have a food and drink station 24 hrs a day FREE. The people in the office are extremely friendly and will do anything to accommodate you. Same with cleaning people. The FREE popcorn really is the best I have ever tasted. Two sisters own this place- and they work there! Didn’t hit the pool or spa- to cold outside- but they are both heated and the even have a handicap swing by the pool if needed. Will not be looking for any other hotel in Pigeon Forge!

We loved the feel of nostalgia at a good clean family owned motel! I’d much rather give my money to a family than a giant corporation! The rooms were very clean and had a great smell!! 5 stars to mountain breeze!!

1st time staying at Mountain Breeze. Located middle of the strip. Close to everything. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was smaller than most, but was very comfortable. Coffee was always available and breakfast of donuts, cookies and oatmeal was available. We would definitely stay again!
