Three things that are critical to the success of a hotel stay are: a comfortable bed, a consistently hot shower, and high-speed Internet. The Courtyard Pittsburgh Airport hotel passes all three with flying colors.
Where the hotel failed is in its staffing of The Bistro. The one woman at the counter was very curt, unfriendly, and unpleasant to deal with. We got to the point of using DoorDash to get Starbucks, rather than even consider approaching the counter person to dare ask for a coffee. All requests seemed inconvenient or unreasonable, and if there were more than a few guests in need of table service, you best not expect anything when walking up to the counter.
Other aspects of the hotel were above acceptable, but the lack of cordiality at The Bistro will ensure we never return.
