Pessimo soggiorno. Le camere hanno un pessimo odore dovuto alla muffa. La mia camera ha avuto una perdita d’acqua dal soffitto sotto il condizionatore e sono stato costretto, dopo una lunga attesa, e poca disponibilità a cambiare camera. Anche la nuova camera non aveva un buon profumo ma era comunque meglio dell’altra. La spiaggia davanti all’hotel non è adatta per entrare in acqua ma spostandosi 10 minuti a sinistra o a destra il mare diventa pulito.

Everyone was super nice but it was so hot! I liked the golf cart limos that would pic you up and drop you anywhere on the huge resort property but we could never find one available when needed, mainly after dinner so there was a lot of walking and getting lost. A/C in all dining areas was broken so sweating and the lack of airflow made me heat sick. The food was mediocre but I loved the guacamole. The pool was refreshing. I never got in the ocean as the beach and swimming area between the shore and the man made cement wave breakers trapped loads of seaweed. The seaweed piles on the beach were overwhelming! The only place I could cool down was the room and I never wanted to leave it! All in all, our 5 days and 4 nights stay was inexpensive, uncomfortable and didn't feel like a vacation at all. Sidenote: We flew into Cancun and saved money to take shared transportation with others. Waited for 45 minutes standing in the sun. They stuffed a bunch of us in a little mini van like sardines and it took about 1.5 hours to get to the resort. Spend the money on a taxi! We did and got back to the airport in 30 minutes with cold A/C and leg room!

Our stay at the property was affected by the agency BD Experience, which sells excursions inside the hotel for their guests. The agency sold us a series of excursions with miss communications and in one of them I was not allowed to do the tour and they did not want to refund me. As the agency serves the total, for me it affected considerably my perception about the hotel.

The good: I really enjoyed how safe my girlfriend and I felt. We were at the resort for a total of 6 days and never felt the need to look over our shoulders or having to watch our drinks. The staff were AMAZING. They catered to our every need and were always there. For people who don’t have a whole lot of understanding for Spanish we were able to navigate just fine. The pools and events that happened daily always gave us something to do or watch. We loved the pool and our room was pretty decent. The bad: Our fridge initially didn’t work but after the third time with the concierge we were able to get it fixed. Not a whole lot of dining options for French sadly. After our full 6 days we weren’t able to get a time slot. If you want a lounge chair you have to at least be up before 9 and reserve one BUT the pool side ones aren’t terrible either. But the wifi was absolutely terrible. We were in building #5 and never had consistent wifi. It would always cut off every two seconds and wouldn’t rejoin properly, especially trying to go on Facebook messenger to call or message my parents our phone calls couldn’t last more than 2 minutes and a video call wouldn’t even connect. Even after those issues we faced my girlfriend and I do believe that we would consider staying at this resort again but hopefully in a different building with better wifi and a working fridge haha. If you’re considering this just know the people and the energy surrounding this resort is truly an experience!

Food is really good , but rooms are horrible . Everything in the room is broken or too old to be used. Pools are ok, activities and the team are ok, too. Small beach . I would go back had they redo the rooms, bring them at least to our decade.

Por el precio que se pago, el hotel es bueno, la calidad de servicio del personal muy amable, en cada restaurantes, atención al cliente y recepción, muy amables las muchachas del kids club, ya que nos invitaron a realizar actividades con nuestra hija, se nos explicó que podíamos estar en el área con mi hija y usar las instalaciones. Agradezco al chico de concierge que nos ayudo a reservar en el restaurante francés donde el trato del mesero fue muy gentil. La verdad la atención de su personal hace gran diferencia. Las instalaciones podrían ser mejor, en la recepción hace demasiado calor, deberían de terne por lo menos algunos ventiladores, de igual manera considero que deberían de informar cuál es la fila de check in y check out, en el teatro hace demasiado calor, sabemos que son fechas calurosas pero tal ves poner ventiladores en las paredes estaría genial, los camastros de la piscina y playa son pocas y muchas de ellas están en malas condiciones, la comida del buffet en la piscina fue más o menos! El omelet fue bueno, es genial que tienen sección de jugos naturales, el entretenimiento hacen lo que pueden los animadores, son buenos en los aerobics. La fiesta del atardecer era solo música que el dj ponía de su gusto. Podría ser mejor. La calificación es por el esfuerzo del personal que hace la diferencia!

They do not provide airport transportation. Roaches in rooms, no resort activities, one pool, 2 bars only one is 24 hours, have to wait 15 minutes for shuttles from rooms, food is very basic and not a great menu, room service is $8 per delivery. Hotel is not on beach where you can swim you have to walk 10/15 mini down the beach to swim area.

The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and offers great value for its price. The rooms are extremely cold, which is perfect after a hot day, and there is a lot to do for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of food to eat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it!

The staff was wonderful. The maintenance and upkeep of the hotel is not good. The A/C was out in the main dining area. It was extremely hot. I don’t know how the staff could bare it We had to change rooms 3 times before finding a room where the a/c barely was working. We will not visit property again nor would I recommend.

Great value for cost. You can pay more for a nicer place, but you have to pay a lot more to significantly improve the experience. This resort is definitely for the younger crowd. It is full of life and fun. Food was good. Great breakfast and dinner was good. Rooms was large. COLD a/c, decent bed and pillows, large nice shower, stocked mini bar, and a big balcony. Would definitely come back.

Fué una experiencia terrible, la habitación olía a humedad, la regadera no funcionaba, nos quedamos sin agua, no hay trato amable, te llaman a la habitación y el timbre del teléfono es muy alto y terrible, tocan la puerta todo el tiempo que si limpieza, amenidad,etc, podíamos escuchar lo que los empleados hablaban afuera incluyendo palabras altisonantes, el carrito tarda muchísimo en pasar, tuvimos que caminar, no hay valet parking, dejó mucho que desear, la peor experiencia.

2nd stay here. Will be the last. Our room was flooded from the air conditioner, front desk notified. Nothing was done to fix it. Then there is the constant harassment about completing the 90 minute time share/vacation package. The pool area was good. The beach was gross. The food was good at the buffet. Trying to get dinner reservations at a specialty restaurant almost impossible. Okay property IF you don’t expect a lot out an all inclusive.

This is the type of property, you get what you pay for. The staff are very friendly although the property itself is very outdated and the entertainment is not all that. There is no excitement throughout the property. They have the right age of people 20-35. It’s just the energy is not there. The resort itself was big and nice. The nature is beautiful. Housekeeping was great, the waiters at the restaurant by the pool were very nice and hospitable. The servers at the main restaurant were not that attentive i’d say. A big negative was that they don’t have enough pool or beach chairs to accommodate the whole resort. We met some people that would get up at 5am to ‘reserve’ a pool chair. At one point we got up at 6:30am to go and snag some chairs however there was none available, as people leave their towels on it and thats how they ‘reserve’ the chairs. The workers on the beach work hard to keep it clean, but our beach was the only one that had SO much sargrasso, you could not swim. And while we understand that they can’t control the amount of sargrasso that comes in they could invest in some better way of getting rid of it. There is definitely not enough shade i’ll say. There were always chairs available at the private section of the beach club, but thats for their VIP club only and they charge $60 for a day pass for there. We wanted to rent a car however the rental car people were never there and they kept giving us the run around when we would ask the front desk staff. Nobody knew anything or how to book it from the hotel which was really frustrating. Our flight also got in later, so by the time we made it to the resort it was 8pm and the staff that checked us in didn’t give us a tour of the resort or give us any info, we had to figure it out ourselves.
