We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers, and we apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.I'm almost sure this was a miscommunication issue, since the Spa and the restaurants are located a small block away from the hotel, we are a decentralized resort, where you need to walk a minor distance to get there. The amenities not available such as dishwasher were previously removed from the amenities list in the agency advertise. I apologize again for all the trouble caused and wish you all the best.
