Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questa struttura e non saremmo mai voluti andare via! Tutto è stato ottimo, dal check in al check out. Il personale dell’hotel è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile in qualsiasi momento, dall’istante in cui arrivi. Avevamo prenotato una camera privilege all inclusive e siamo stati davvero soddisfatti in tutto. La pulizia delle camere perfetta ogni mattina, la sera poi passavano per vedere se avevi bisogno di qualcosa( ad esempio se serviva più acqua, se il frigo bar era pieno, se avevi le cialde per la macchina del caffè,ecc). Il ristorante principale offriva una ricca colazione internazionale ogni mattina e il pranzo con molti piatti tra cui scegliere sia di cucina locale che internazionale. La cena nel ristorante a la carte della zona privilege davvero eccellente, ogni sera un menu nuovo di 4 portate in cui poter scegliere tra carne, pesce e vegetariano.. il servizio al tavolo perfetto, ci faceva sentire coccolati ogni sera, i ragazzi del personale davvero competenti e attenti a ogni minima esigenza!! La spiaggia bella e molto tranquilla, come anche il mare! È stata davvero una bellissima vacanza, porteremo questo posto e l’isola nel cuore!

Spiaggia e mare non all’altezza di Mauritius
Albergo piacevole e pulito, personale gentile, unica pecca la spiaggia ed il mare che non corrispondono alla presentazione esposta sul sito, un vero peccato. Alle Mauritius ci si aspetta molto di piû.

tutto nella norma, solo che nella mezza pensione non sono incluse le bevande (neppure l'acqua che costa 3€ a bottiglia) e questo non era spercificato da nessuna parte, ho ricontrollato ma niente... per carità non è un grosso problema, alla fine spendi 20 o 30 € in più a settimana, ma non è un bel messaggio, il cliente non sa che cosa è veramente compreso o meno e si resta in un limbo di incertezza. Non mancherò di segnalarlo a expedia. Ah poi ci hanno cercato di caricare un extra per il minibar che non abbiamo usato ma appena lo abbiamo fatto presente hanno toloto la voce dal conto finale.

Il villaggio è disposto in prima linea sulla spiaggia, dove si possono trovare ombrelloni e sdraio per gli ospiti. L'hotel è molto ben organizzato e mette a disposizione attività per ogni gusto. Ci sono due piscine, una palestra, due ristoranti, due bar, la zona spa e massaggi (a pagamento) è mette a disposizione pedalò e kayak sulla riva del mare. L'animazione del villaggio offre un servizio giornaliero, con giochi sulla spiaggia come ad esempio beachvolley e beachsoccer ma anche all'interno del villaggio stesso con zumba al mattino oppure esibizioni musicali dal vivo tipiche di Mauritius o internazionali alla sera presso il bar di fianco alla piscina principale. I due ristoranti sono separati e totalmente diversi. Il principale è il Senses restaurant e si tratta di un buffet self service mentre l'altro ristorante si trova nella Sandy Lane ed è riservato alle persone che hanno prenotato la camere privilege. E' decisamente più raffinato ed elegante in quanto non si tratta di un buffet ma è un ristorante a la carte. Il villaggio in sé è molto bello e curato, ogni giorno vi sono molte persone che si dedicano ai giardini o alla pulizia dei vialetti. Le camere sono rifatte 2 volte al giorno. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio spa con tanto di personalizzato e, se aggiungiamo anche il fatto che è durato un'ora è stato fatto un una stanza sulla spiaggia e sul mare, direi che ci siamo rilassati completamente! All'esterno del villaggio non c'è molto. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely stay for our honeymoon at Veranda Pointe Aux Biches. A quiet hotel with it's own private beach and gorgeous sea view rooms. We would highly recommend the Sandy Lane adults only part of the resort, and the day's catamaran trip was fantastic.

First of all, I need to start by saying that the staff in the main dining area are 10000/10. They were simply marvellous. I’m not a fan of animals and unfortunately due to the dining area being open and connected to the beach, stray cats would wander in whilst dining. I alerted the staff and they ensured that they reserved a table for me which was out of the way for every single meal. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Thank you to the team! Overall, the stay was pleasant. My only gripe would be that for the first two nights, the AC wasn’t working in the room and I had to report this to the front desk numerous times and despite being told it was fixed and had been looked at, it hadn’t. This was unpleasant but for the last night, the very helpful hotel manager did upgrade my room and put me into a room with working AC which was good. It’s unfortunate that it was only addressed on my last night though and not earlier on in my stay. The hotel was clean and staff friendly.

The Hotel was as described when I booked. We were allocated a room on arrival although we were a bit early. We managed to get a room on the quiet side of the hotel with the pool just a few steps away. Food at the buffet was good at breakfast and lunch. We only ate at the buffet dinner a couple of times. The privilege restaurant dinner was always good. A few names need mentioning for their great service during our stay, Anoop and Akshay amazing bartenders at the 2 different bars, Amand our regular waiter at the Privilege restaurant. Never seen anyone run around like him. And the room was kept perfect by Lutchmee. Te beach although not private was very well maintained. The sunset views were amazing. A few suggestions for improvements that we already mentioned to the management; - Need improved bakery as the desserts were too boring and old style. - Need more staff in the kitchen and waiters as food refilling was slow. - Better cushions for the dining room chairs. - The quiet side of the hotel is next to a marriage hall and it does get loud in the evenings and night almost ever other day. Management need to ensure that the noise/music is lower in volume and stops at the legally approved time and not go on late into the night. - Free massage voucher is only valid for 48 hours but no one told us and we could not use.

Die exzellente Lage direkt am Meer. Ein sauberer gepflegter Strand mit diversen Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Kayaks oder Standup Paddle. Das höfliche und stets zuvorkommene Personal habe ich selten so erlebt. Ein zweites Restaurant in dem man a la carte speisen kann mit sehr sehr leckerem Essen, war zweifellos eines der vielen Highlights des Hotels.

A gem on the North West corner of Mauritius
The look of Veranda Pointe aux Biches, with the thatched roofs, was what attracted us to this resort. It didn't disappoint as you can see from the photos. Right from the start, the staff were very attentive to your needs. A good introduction to the resort by the front desk staff and a walk around the resort explaining various daily and weekly events. All the staff were super helpful and very welcoming and sociable. Special mention to Rodnay and Harel on the restaurant side. It's clear to see why Rodnay is one of the managers with great attention to detail. You didn't have to ask for refills with Rodnay on shift as he seemed to have a sixth sense, plus a great sense of humour. Akshay, Marie and Sara on bar duties at the Lazy Pool Bar. Ranee, our room service maid, who entertained us with a different towel sculpture every day, really cute! Asha, Nitesh and Sacha on the management staff who guided us, upgraded our room for our 30th wedding anniversary and recommended local trips to take advantage of. Thanks to Sacha for the upgrade from Comfort to Privilege, with a great view down to the lazy pool and the beach. Made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Last mention for the superb Transit Room, the best we have experienced. Our departing flight was at 21:25, so we enjoyed the hotel amenities all day. The Transit Room allows guests to take a shower, change and prepare for travel. Well done, because this was done in great style. Only neg, having to sign every time

Wir haben 7 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage hat die perfekte Größe - nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben den Pool, hatte eine kleine “Terrasse” und es war perfekt. Das Zimmer war auch schön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist entzückend. Jeder hilft, wo er/sie kann und fragen immer, ob man was benötigt. Die Massage war ebenso super - muss man ausprobieren. Der Strand ist sehr ruhig, es gab immer freie Liegen und es gibt einige Wassersportaktivitäten. Das Hotel organisiert für jeden Abend etwas, ob Live-Musik, BBQ-Abend, Rum-Tasting, usw. Das Essen war auch gut. Jeden Tag was anderes. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir sehr gut, weil die schönsten Strände sehr schnell erreichbar sind. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, aber auch mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten am nächsten Stand. Wir können auch Empfehlen, die Aktivitäten, die über das Hotel angeboten werden auszuprobieren, zB. Scuba Diving mit Bubble. Super Programm mit tollen Menschen und man hat nichts zu tun - man wird eingeschult, abgeholt, zum Boot gebracht und wieder zum Hozel gefahren. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage und tollem Personal. Nur empfehlenswert.

The most problematic thing for me is that the hotel put pictures of a newly part of the hotel, but when we arrived we were told that it is private area and not for the guest of the hotel. The rest of the hotel is poorly maintained. The pool has black weeds in it, the beach amenities are always dirty and the house keeping stuff are not that great. The reception have good attitude but work very slowly. The best thing that was really good in the hotel was the kids club, the stuff there were amazing. The food is not so good as well. I do not recommend at all

We have just returned from a wonderful 9 days staying in a Privilege Room at Veranda Pointe aux Biches. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful; in particular Sonita one of the security guards, Shabeer and Stacy in the Sandy Lane restaurant, the wonderful massage team, and our incredible cleaner Lutchmee who went well above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a mix of cold and hot options - the freshly cooked omelettes were especially good. The entertainment staff were fab, and there was a good mix of activities on offer for free. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class for instance, and hired bikes to cycle to the Botanical Gardens. The beach area is incredibly well maintained and exceptionally safe with a security guard there all day. Our room was fabulous and very well maintained. All in all, we had the most wonderful trip and hope to be back to enjoy the spectacular Mauritian hospitality again soon.

Cet hôtel est une superbe découverte ! Un havre de paix sur cette planète ! Tout est très beau, propre et le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable, mention spéciale pour Lutchmee notre femme de chambre ainsi que pour Caroline qui nous a très bien accueillis. Nous avons été surclassés et avons bénéficié d’une chambre dans la zone adultes only, piscine et restaurant propre à notre espace. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et laisse du choix sur des produits mauriciens ou européens, idem pour les buffets du soir. Les animations du soir sont agréables aussi, vous ne vous ennuierez pas dans cet hôtel qui a su allier prestige et activités pour tous. Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

We were greeted by Yoghinee who ensured we felt comfortable before starting paperwork. As my husband only speaks English, Yoghinee made sure to communicate accordingly while taking us for a tour of the property. She also assisted in making sure we could access the gym from 6.30am. This young lady definitely created an amazing first impression for this beautiful hotel. The Privilege room was secluded but perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with an awesome view. Rishi at breakfast was also very attentive and welcoming. He made sure that we had our preferred coffee every morning with no fail. John from the lazy bar, his cocktails were just delicious. His cocktails enhance the pool experience. Dining on the beach for the lobster night was a really nice way to really switch off and enjoy our holiday. Dinner was delicious. Hats off to the 2 chefs on the night. The restaurant manager at the lazy grill restaurant was also very kind, attentive and very professional. We had a guest to dine in one night without a prior booking, and he very humbly assisted by accommodating and making sure we had a great service. Thank you team. We will be back!

Séjour très agréable en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans) dans un très bel hôtel de taille raisonnable avec sa piscine et sa plage juste à côté. Le personnel est toujours aimable, souriant et très gentil. Le buffet (déjeuner/diner pour nous) est gloabalment très bon et varié.

Truly excellent hotel in a stunning location right next to the sandy beach. Loved the infinity pool in the Sandy Lane section which is lovely and quiet. All the staff were extremely helpful during our stay. Special thank you’s to Asha, Kavi, Sunida, Anoop, Anu, Damien and Sara who went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly enjoyable. Could not fault this hotel and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Une vraie belle surprise. Tout était parfait des installations à la cuisine en passant par un personnel aux petits soins et d’une incroyable gentillesse. Un endroit idéal pour un séjour de rêve à prix raisonnable. Choisir cet hôtel les yeux fermés, je le conseille fortement.

Nous avons rencontré dès désagrément dès notre arrivée dû à des punaises de lit dans notre chambre. Nous en avons fait part au personnel qui n’a pas tout de suite pris en compte notre réclamation. Après leur avoir fait constater les punaises de lit et l’état dégradé voir insalubres du dessous des matelas et des sommiers il nous a été proposé un changement de chambre. Solution qui aurait dû être temporaire au vu de la problématique ! La deuxième chambre manquait également de propreté. En deux jours nous avons été changer de chambre 3 fois.
