“We stayed here previously in a suite which was not available on this trip. We had a studio which was nice, but on top floor If I was even 5 years younger it would have been fine. Helpful with parking our rental. There is some free parking close by but it is by luck until 5 pm. Costs €4 to park over 24 hours, which isn’t bad. Lots of great restaurants close by.”

“From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its charm and comfort. The location was perfect, offering very-very clean, safe and peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. Parking as big plus. “We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. ”

“We were met by Tomas who answered all our questions and responded any time I texted him. The apartment is in prime condition and has every appliance you need. The view is better than the picture shows! We loved sitting and watching the waves around the rocks! It's a great location from which to tour the island in any direction. You will miss out if you don't stay here!”

“The spacious house with the great garden was very well equipped and clean, the contact person responded to all our concerns immediately and in a friendly manner (e.g. repaired a broken kitchen light) - we would have felt very comfortable, but unfortunately the rooms apparently hadn't been aired for a long time, so when we moved in we were greeted by a strong musty smell. This could be eliminated from the bedroom after constant airing, but it was so strong in the wardrobes and on the upholstered...

“If you would like to experience the charm of Sao Sebadtiao neighborhood and feel the locals experience away from where all the tourists stay. The property had alot of the original character and feel of traditional Ponta Delgada. This property is best if you don't have a car and plan on exploring the city on foot mostly. Parking is currently a problem in this neighborhood but not impossible. ”

“Bella camera, bella e grande vetrata sul porto, letto comodo, camera silenziosa! L'unico neo era la luce di servizio del balcone che dando sul porto e sulla strada principale per quanto vi erano tende coprenti non si riusciva a fare buio buio, a me importa poco e ci tornerei ma se avete problemi con la luce x dormire chiedete una camera interna che non dia sul mare. Cmq sono soddisfatto e ci tornerei”
