The stay here was great for a last minute trip. The food from the bistro was amazing however the conditions of the hotel is not the best. When making a booking I saw that it was a king size bed but once checked in, I noticed its two super single bed put together. The jacuzzi and spa service was available but the jacuzzi handle was broken and they forgot to fill up so when it was my time I had to wait half an hour for it to be filled.

A good night stop

Ample parking space within the hotel. However, living 1 floor below the Gym and Swimming pool with much noise. Breakfast not within the expectation (taste) and was told to pay for my child breakfast as the room charges include for 2 nos. only,

The room & toilet smelly during the stayed.Toilet cant flushed.Coffee cup not wash properly and yet still got the coffee stain in & around the cup.The swimming pool for kids is dirty and don't dare to let kids in compared for adults.

nice hotel, nice pool but poor room service
on the second day we wait for hours before our room cleaned. already called front office but still not coming. finally, i have to find the cleaning guy and asked to clean my room (3pm). i expect they clean before noon. other that that is satisfactory.

Paradise Spa Hotel
Close to paradise. We had an amazing time here in Port Disckson. Love the beaches. We didnt expect much at first but what we stumbled upon was hips above our expectation.

Terrible experience for the hotel
The pillowcase was smelly, the bathroom only provided a bath gel for a DOUBLE adult room? What the hell it is? No toothbrush and toothpaste was provided, but the fees charged is much higher compared with others. Breakfast provided was lack of choices, food tasteless.

Nice view from swimming pool and free spa included
- small swimming pool but nice view - room included free spa (Jacuzzi, sauna), but service from the staff not so good, called them few times also didnt serve us for the facilities. However, we manage to do it ourself. - breakfast included (basic food) - room condition ok. - staff service sometime ok sometime no respond.

Ok hotel, men dårlig plassering.
Man var avhengig av transport for gjøre noe- strand, andre restauranter enn hotellets eget. Var to i nærheten, men de var mer gatekjøkken og kunne ikke engelsk.

One of the best hotels, best manager
I was looking forward to sending a message about this hotel. I have traveled for years and stayed at many 5 star hotels. Most of our large group was staying at the Lexus, which is about 1/4 mile from the Paradise Spa Hotel. Our meetings were held in the Grand Lexus ballroom. I was unable to get a room there so chose the Paradise Spa Hotel. I am so glad I did. Madame Sum, the assistant manager was most helpful in all the activities I was setting up. She went to such great lengths to connect me with local businesses and organizations to help in my project. The little hotel provided great food, cooked special dishes as we are vegetarian and generally were excellent in every way. I could not give less than 5 on all areas you rate. On another note, I attended the functions in the Grand Lexus ballroom. The carpet was so very dirty, the kitchen area off the ballroom was over run with roaches. They did not have the same standard of cleanliness at all as the Paradise Spa....Well, it taught me that sometimes a smaller, simple hotel can be the very best. It was also peaceful.

Good facilities but bad services.
We had ask the staff more than 4 times in order to send us extra towel. Unfortunately, it took more than 4 hours to deliver to our room as well as bad wifi connection. Difficult to load movie and also when you go up to level 2, we are unable to connect any wifi via mobile devices. Always stated failed to connect due to incorrect password. But in fact, the password is absolutely right! Hope you improve your weakness as I mentioned above, otherwise it will ruin your hotel reputation.

My stay at Paradise Spa Hotel, Port Dickson
This is my first time having 'black-out' experience in staying at hotel. The hotel management should be able to provide an initiative to solve the problem instead of letting the customers in dark for a quite long time. The pictures given in website are totally different from a real picture. hence, that is going to be my last stay there. Thank you.
