This place is clean and quiet Just what I was looking for The manager is friendly and helpful I really like staying here Less expensive than some places and a very homey place I recommend it

It had all the basic accommodations that you would need for an overnight stay if you weren’t planning to hang out in your hotel room all day. The front desk staff was pleasant. It’s supposed to be smoke-free rooms, but unfortunately the hallways/stairwells still smelled like cigarette smoke. The box spring mattress in the room I was in had a massive brown stain on it that I could only hope was coffee, but wouldn’t they want to at least try to cover it up? A few convenient dining options right next door. Overall review is average and that you truly just get what you pay for most of the time.

Hi Nicole, it was our pleasure to have you at our Hotel. So glad that you found all of our staff pleasant! We do apologize about the smoking as it can be an issue for some. Thank you for bringing up the stain on the box spring mattress our staff has since deep cleaned it. Over all we hope that were able to relax and hopefully we will have the pleasure of seeing you again sometime in the future.

Nice Bedding and Beds very comfortable, Safe neighborhood fenced parking. Excellent staff nice rooms. We will definitely stay again. Most of the hotels in Portland are so run down and surrounded by homeless this place is neither run or surrounded by scary individuals. Priced very reasonable you can save 20 bucks a night but you’ll be staying in a dump stay here you will be very glad you did!

Good value. Clean and quiet hotel. Decor is A bit dated, but that is outweighed by cleanliness, quiet and attentive housekeeping service.

The front door was locked at 2:00 in the afternoon. This indicated that they also felt the neighborhood was not safe. We immediately check out and were charged over $200 per room (we had rented 2 rooms). We never used the rooms.

Had a great time at the Hospitality Inn. The price was fair, the room was clean and roomy, and for what I paid I couldn’t complain. A little musty in the front foyer and hallways, but other than that real pleasant.

Best of the no frills hotel.
Very clean room. Reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was showing its age but we found the room spacious and well kept. We also going the bed exceptionally comfortable. Would stay again.
