Room smells like urine. Front desk staff double charged me and then instead then instead of fixing, said call later to fix.

I love the upgrades. It felt very clean and new. Check in was the fastest ever and the lady was really nice. Breakfast was a little tiny but lacking because we got there at 8:30. But that’s how it works. Get up earlier. Location is close to everything and it’s super easy to get to off the highway. The price was amazing for what we got!!! I will definitely stay there again!!!

Dear Thomas, We apologize that we did not meet your standards on your recent stay with us here at the Quality Inn and we do value the feedback of our guests.We notified all booking outlets that we did not currently have a pool and jacuzzi available due to renovations and repairs. We would like all our guests to be able to swim in a safe and comfortable space. So we thought that repairing the corrosion and weathered plaster would help to make that possible. We apologize that we did not have the amenities you required at the time of your stay. We do however provide our guests with the option of renting a jacuzzi suite which comes with a full jacuzzi in the room as well as a full bathroom with shower access. Rude, assanine desk agent, sleeping on the job
I arrived in the lobby at around 1:30am, with not a soul in sight. I waited for a couple minutes before starting to say hello multiple times. Finally after several minutes of yelling hello, a gentleman came stumbling out of a back room looking like he just woke up, eyes barely open, didn't mutter a word upon sitting down in front of a computer. Finally asked what I wanted, to which I replied I'm here to check in. He replied with, I need your credit card, um excuse me? Why? For incidentals. Oh, well I wasnt aware, he replied yeah when you booked the room it said on the website you would be charged. I said, no, it did not but okay. I put my card in the machine and another gentleman walked into the lobby and the man behind the counter says, LOUDLY, your card was declined. Excuse me? Okay give me a minute but I'm still confused about the charges. Well thats what the website says. Uh, okay. I went out to my car because I brought in the wrong credit card, came back in and said still confused why im getting charged. He says, if you continue to have attitude you can leave. Im sorry what? What attitude? Asked a question and you responded extremely rude. He says, I can deny your stay. Um okay not sure why you're being rude when all I did was ask a question. He says, you need to leave. What? If you dont leave I'm calling the police. Okay dude, you were the one sleeping on the job, have extreme attitude with me, refuse to serve me and now going to call the police? He proceeds to call.

Super nasty
This was the worst possible hotel. The exterior is run down and there was a vehicle in the parking lot with a traffic boot. The room was so bad I immediately checked for bed bugs. I did not find any but the mattress was horribly stained. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The pool and hot tub were the highlights of this trip. The breakfast was also outstanding. We had a nice one night stay on our way to the airport.

Just okay. Room was not extremely clean, rooms by the lot were noisy. On a positive note, the breakfast was fantastic, but get there early, did not replenish.

We do follow Covid guidelines when it comes to our cleaning practices. And unfortunately we cannot control the noise that comes from the outside world. And we do consistently replenish breakfast, it seems at times depending on the amount of guests we have it goes so fast it seems as if we never put it out. We take that as a compliment that our food is delicious its flying out the pan. We do thank you for your feedback and we will use it for training and quality purposes.
