“Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!”

“This property was very clean and well-stocked. It provided everything we needed for a lovely vacation in Princeville and I found the host extremely responsive to questions (though we had no problems and all info was easy to find). We appreciated the easy check in and being able to use beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The photos are accurate - always a relief when booking a vrbo.”

“We had a great time. The rooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living on the main floor. Windows opened easily to create a great way to keep the house cool. Everything was updated and our family of 6 fit wonderfully. Pullout bed on the main couch was a fun bonus. Trees all around with birds and chickens. Location was great for walking to the resorts on the trail system and easily driving to Hanalei (5minutes). Easily recommended.”

“This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!”

“The location of this unit is centralized to everything that you could possibly need and was extremely convenient. It was nice to be able to take a stroll along the coast in the evening. The unit also provided many essentials. The beds were extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. Donna responded to all of our questions quickly.”

“This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was. "Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out of shower gel. Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!"
