“L'appartamento è molto molto bello, ideale per 4 persone in quanto dispone di 2 camere da letto ampie. Dotato di ogni comfort, silenziosissimo nonostante non sia un piano alto. The place is small but very well-equipped and immaculately clean. The management company has though of pretty much everything, and they are very responsive and great communicators. Nous avons apprécié la bibliothèque avec ses livres d'art et ces livres en anglais pour débutant. Les chambres avec des doubles fenêtres masquant le bruit de la rue et les commodes et penderie dans les chambres pour ranger le linge. “Seven of our family members stayed 8 nights. The location was perfect for a quick walk to grocery store, bakery (every day!) and a variety of restaurants. We walked to the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Grand Via, Plaza Mayor and the World’s Oldest Restaurant Sobrino de Botin (Guinness World Records). A 20 minute Uber ride took us to the train for a 40 minute ride to a day in Toledo. We all were very happy to return to “our apartment” to rest for dinner and evening strolls. “Sono appena rientrata da Madrid dove ho soggiornato, purtroppo solo per una notte, in compagnia di tre amiche. L'appartamento è davvero bello e molto pulito, Sol la proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli mentre l'appartamento veniva preparato e il giorno della nostra partenza fino a tardo pomeriggio. Anche la zona è perfetta, ricca di locali dove poter gustare tapas, a un passo dal Museo del Prado e dal Parco del Buen Retiro. Se dovessi tornare...

“Nous étions 10 dont 4 enfants. L’appartement est tel que décrit dans l’annonce et sur les photos. Il est spacieux et bien aménagé, très confortable. Bien situé dans la ville pour tout faire à pieds. Proche de toutes les commodités mais au calme. L’accueil est parfait. Vraiment une belle adresse !”

“This apartment is perfect! Great location -- amazingly quiet at night -- comfy bed, terrific kitchen, high-end appliances, thick towels and fancy shower, lots of storage. Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights. Highly recommend this apartment!!!”

“L'appartement est très récent et bien situé. Un garage est à disposition donc très pratique. Le seul petit reproche serait au niveau de l'intimité. Les stores et les portes transparentes ne permettent pas d'allumer le soir sinon tout le monde peut vous voir dans la pièce à vivre, la douche ou la chambre. C'est peut-être un élément à améliorer pour ne pas vivre sans lumière. Et pour cuisiner peu d'ustensiles (il manque des indispensables comme une passoire par exemple).”
