Buona sistemazione per visitare Praga
L'hotel mi ha sostanzialmente soddisfatto, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, ma alcuni aspetti sono secondo me migliorabili. La posizione è molto buona, a pochi metri dalla linea di tram 22, che porta fino al castello passando dal centro, che passa con buona frequenza. La camera è adeguata alla categoria e ben pulita, non è presente l'asciugacapelli ma lo si può richiedere in reception. La parte che non mi ha entusiasmato è la colazione, abbastanza limitata nella scelta sia del salato che del dolce.

B&B in palazzo dei primi del '900
Ci siamo trovati bene in questo che hotel che è più che altro un B&B. Siamo anche stati fortunati con il tempo che è sempre stato bello . Una bella vacanza. Ottimo per chi viaggia con bimbi che necessitano di mangiare le loro pappe visto che in stanza c'è un cucinino, peccato per il frigo rumoroso la notte. Noi avevamo la stanza al pianoterra e non ci sono stati problemi di rumori di macchine o schiamazzi notturni, il quartiere è tranquillo per fortuna. Purtroppo il portoncino di ingresso era molto rumoroso ma nessuno degli ospiti è mai rientrato così tardi da svegliarci durante la notte. La signora che ci ha accolti parlava italiano molto bene e ci ha messi subito a nostro agio e nei gironi successivi è sempre stata più che disponibile cordiale e sorridente.

Ottima soluzione
L'hotel è molto accogliente ed è situato in una zona silenziosa della città a circa 3,5 km dal centro storico. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Nella zona ci sono molto servizi di ristorazione e bar. C'è la possibilità di usare la cucina all'interno dell'appartamento.

Vi var 2 personer som hyrde takvåningen.Riktigt lyxigt..egna sovrum,egna badrum.Mkt rent och trevligt.Takterrassen var suverän,ett Tornfalkspar med ungar på taket mittemot! Spårvagnslinje 22 går precis runt hörnet,den tar Er till centrum och tillbaka på ett smidigt sätt.Har varit i Prag innan och bott både på hotell och hyrt lägenhet.Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende iaf med säkerhet takvåningen.

Clean, convenient, near the center
The accommodation is not far off the center, about 20min walk. In the area there are a few good choices for breakfast and dinner. The accommodation is very clean and all is in good order. We enjoyed our stay, communication with the management was good. Only on the weekends it seems that quite a few groups are renting apartments in the area and it can get noisy at night

A great place to stay in Prague 10
We really enjoyed our stay! The two-bedroom unit is huge and includes a big kitchen. Breakfasts were good and the location was great for our purposes (visiting family and sightseeing). There are several cafes and restaurants nearby, though many were closed for Christmas holidays. Most of the big sights are about 20 minutes away by tram and subway. Note that reception is only open in the morning -- when you check in, you get your key from a machine.

Nice apartment in good beighborhood
A nice apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom and a spacious bedroom and closet space. Breakfast privided was complete with a karge variety of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well located near tram 22 line which goes to the center and the castle without changing. Some nice restaurants nearby with few tourists around because you are away from the center. Apartment could use some chairs and a more comfortable couch.

Fint lejlighedshotel med god beliggenhed
Min kone og jeg tilbragte én enkelt nat på dette udmærkede lejlighedshotel. Check-in forløb uden problemer, selvom receptionen ikke var bemandet, da vi ankom. De tilsendte instruktioner fra hotellet var enkle at følge. Det er virkelig praktisk, at hotellet har egne parkeringspladser i baggården, når man som os ankom i bil. Det var vi meget glade for. Det kan ellers være meget vanskeligt (og sikkert også dyrt) at finde parkering i dette travle område af Prag. Hotellet ligger heldigvis noget tilbagetrukket, og vi bemærkede ingen larm fra gaden. Beliggenheden er i det hele taget vældig fin. Det tager ingen tid at komme ind til det centrale Prag med offentlig transport (sporvogn). Vores værelse var ganske fint omend noget spartansk og kedeligt indrettet. Service (glas, tallerkner, bestik osv.) var der ikke meget af. Det betød ikke noget for os, men det kunne måske være lidt irriterende, hvis man skal bo på hotellet i længere tid. Morgenmaden var også noget spartansk. Den kunne godt være mere interessant, når hotellet bryster sig af fire stjerner. Alt i alt var vi fuldt ud tilfredse med vores besøg og vil gerne bo på hotellet en anden gang. Men fire stjerner synes måske at være en anelse i overkanten.

This is not a hotel. Do not expect your room to be made up every day or a 24-hour reception. It is not communicated to new guests that your room will be made up every 3 days if you stay for more than 3 days. It is close to public transportation but about 2 miles from Old Town. The breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean, and it is inexpensive. I would not stay here again, but it was ok.

Tolle Dachgeschosswohnung, gute ruhige Lage
Wir haben eigentlich ein anderes Zimmer gebucht, bekamen aber am Ende die große Wohnung unterm Dach mit Dachterasse und super Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Sehr viel Platz und alles blitz blank. Wir hatten eigentlich auch einen Privatparkplatz gebucht, was aber irgendwie nicht verbucht wurde, sodass wir an der Straße parken mussten. Da wir Samstag abend erst ankamen konnte dies erst am nächsten Tag geklärt werden. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Direkt nebenan ein Minimarkt und die Straßenbahn. Durch den Strassenbahnplan muss man erstmal durchsteigen. Es ist alles nur auf tschechisch. Am besten dann in google maps gucken. Frühstück war ok. Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

The total amount for this booking is 428.40€, including continental breakfast. But the hotel charged me more than this amount. According to the attached photo of the receipt, the hotel charged me 11352.60 CZK for the room and 60.00 CZK for the breakfast, which is 11412.6 CZK totally.

In case of payment by the credit card or cash in Czech crowns at the hotel, total amount is charged according to the actual hotel exchange rate. This rate is 1€=26,5 CZK. City tax is 15 CZK per person per night. It means 428,4€ (for your stay) x 26,5 = 11352,6 CZK. City tax is 15CZK x 4 nights x 1 person = 60 CZK. Ei nyt ihan neljän tähdän hotelli, mutta kolmen ja puolen ainakin. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä, aamiainen monipuolinen, hotellin ulkoasu miellyttävä ja huoneessa paljon tilaa. Muutama juttu herätti negatiivisesti huomiota, kuten rätisevä digiboksi ja ylösalaisin roikkuva taulu. Heti kulman takana on ratikkapysäkki, josta pääsee nopeasti suoraan keskustaan, mikä on iso plussa. Kaiken kaikkiaan olin todella tyytyväinen hotelliin.

Cozy, quiet and excellent service.Well connected.
Plenty space, very useful kitchen in our family apartment and very quiet for good sleeping nights. Breakfast it could be improved (specially the coffee, which needs improvement). But other than that and if you don't mind ikea furniture, it is a very cozy and "home-like" experience. Service is excellent!.

メインの観光地からやや離れるが、トラムの駅から近く移動に便利。周囲には手頃でかわいいカフェやレストランがある。スタッフの女性は皆フレンドリーで大変親切でした。朝食付でカップルやファミリーにはリーズナブルだと思う。エレベーターからの住宅の眺めが楽しい。 マイナス)シャワーだけ。夜は湯が出たが、朝は水で全然使えなかった。 1人で使用してこれでは大変困る。チェックアウトの時、受付に誰もいなかった。しばらく待ったが来ない。清算済みだったし、時間がなかったので鍵だけ残してチェックアウトした。たまたまいなかったのかもしれないが…困惑。

Es macht überhaupt nichts aus, dass das Hotel nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt, da die Strassenbahn direkt an der Ecke die Haltestelle hat. Umliegend super nettes Cafe , zum Essen ausreichend und sehr günstig und aber auch sehr gut. Zu Fuß zum Platz des Friedens z.b 20 Min. . Ein schöner Spaziergang. Wir waren die Christkindlmärkte ansehen. Alle auf Anhieb gefunden. Sollte ich wieder nach Prag fahren, werd ich sicher wieder in dieses Hotel fahren.

Super dejlig lejlighed, med god beliggenhed ifh. til offentlig transport og nemt at komme ind til centrum. Rengøringen kunne bestemt være bedre. Vi var der i 18 nætter og der blev gjort rent 2 gange. Vi måtte bede om wc papir og håndsæbe. Skraldespanden blev kun tømt når vi provokativt satte dem uden for døren. Køkkenet er yderst mangelfuldt. Har måtte købe kartoffelskræller, rivejern og brødkniv. Derudover. Karklude, køkkenrulle, staniol og bagepapir. Tilgengæld er der masser af skabsplads. Kun service til et måltid til 4 personer.

I specifically didn't want to stay in a tourist area, so this apartment, off the beaten track, was fine. The premises is clean, the tall ceiling room is typical of a European room. The kitchen facilities looked new. The small washing machine downstairs is a big plus, though no dryer...remember to bring a cord to dry clothes in your room. The front desk staff spoke English well, and helped with directions and such. The only unusual thing was first getting the room key. A phone call from the front door produced (probably from the owner) directions on how to get our room key. Everything went fine, just not what I expected. (Though I have done similar at other apartments). The Pizza and Steak restaurant owner around the corner was very pleasant, and we had a few meals and pints of Czech beer there. This isn't an American 5-star hotel, but that's not what I was looking for. I'm pleased overall.

Downtown Suites, Prague
It's an apartment for $40/nt in a cool neighborhood. Decent/good breakfast buffet included in price. Street parking available, it might be a search, but we were fortunate, found a spot 2 blocks away. Just a 10-15 min streetcar ride to the old city. Def eat at Neklid in the neighborhood.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel
Gut ausgestattes grosses Zimmer und Bad. Freundliches Personal am Empfang. Strassenbahnlinie 22 fährt gleich um die Ecke. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.
