Dear Sina, we are very sorry, that your stay in Hotel Clement did not meet your expectations. The quality of mattresses and pillows is a matter of personal preference and even though our mattresses are quite new, I understand, that some guests might expect different softness. I am also surprised, that you find the room not matching the pictures, but together with the complaint for slippers charge, it gives me the feeling, that you might have mistaken the Comfort room you booked for pictures of Superior Room - those are freshly redecorated, with all the amenities like bathrobe, slippers and some other special treatments included in the rate. But certainly, for a bit higher price. Nevertheless, the Superior rooms are really comfy, and we believe they are worth the extra money. Should you pick our hotel in future, I kindly suggest trying the Superior Room or even Superior Room with balcony, that should definitely meet your expectations.
