Best hotel in Prague
High-level hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and amazing staff. Great breakfast and excellent restaurant. Gym is small but has all the basics and is open 24/7. There's a spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, open 9-21. Position is perfect too.

Nell'albergo con suite per famiglie molto comoda. Molto buono anche il ristorante e la colazione. La posizione è valida perché a 2 passi dalla zona pedonale. Belli anche gli spazi comuni

Camera con buon prezzo , ma forse prenotata con Expedia danno quelle per handicap libere. Non tornerò più. Io sono un abitue di Praga vado da 20 anni. Non so com'è possibile fare una valutazione di eccellenza . Per me qualità prezzo e voto 4.

Ottima la family room con un piccolo angolo cucina . Comodi i divani letto per i bimbi, anche per un adulto. Unico neo: menù mensile che, con mezza pensione, non permette una grande varietà.

Scelta perfetta
Siamo stati 3 notti al Kempinski. L'albergo è nuovissimo pari allo stardard 5 stelle, a due passi dal centro storico. Il personale è molto professionale e la camera standard molto accogliente. L'albergo ha il carattere del classico albergo internazionale situato però in un palazzo storico con all'interno uno splendido giardino dove poter rilassarsi dopo le lunghe camminate praghesi.

Unfortunately we were not informed ahead of our arrival that the pool and spa were closed on the two days we were staying at the property. We were offered to use the facilities of another hotel 1/4 mile away but that simply dies not cut it. If we had been told beforehand we probably would have gone elsewhere.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and as it seemed to be in a good location and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions Definitely chose the right one, hotel itself was lovely and our suite with a large balcony was fantastic, and very big Prague is a beautiful city and staying here & being so close to everything was a bonus as we walked to everything.

Beautiful hotel, was given room upgrade, early check in, late checkout and a bottle of wine per stay. The hotel is also near places of interest and train station.

We give opportunity to chambermaids from Ukraine to work here and as you found out they do not speak english well. But there is always a receptionist, bellboys, concierge or other emloyees to help. My husband and I stayed at The Grand Mark for 3 nights. We loved everything about this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, they had a wonderful selection. The room was spacious and welcoming. If we go back to Prague, we will definitely stay here. You can walk to all the sites.

Outstanding property and service.
Beautiful hotel. Service was top notch. Room was spacious, full of amenities, spotless and attended to multiple times/day. Greetings were always kind and abundant. The restaurant was wonderful and the setting quite inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will make this our home away from home again when we return to Prague.

What a wonderful property. We were in an executive suite which was spacious and lovely. The peacock garden was so beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was the best we have ever experienced in Europe. The concierge was very nice and helpful. The car driver that met us at the airport was so nice and spoke English.we will definitely stay again.

My son cut his foot by a broken glass on rm floor
Everything is good except a piece of broken glass was found on the room floor while we check-in and my son cut his foot. We told the hotel but they didn't come for cleaning but just took away the glass.
