Ottimo Hotel
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti. Posizione ottima per visitare Praga, personale cordiale. Le camere sono molto belle, spaziose e pulite. Piscina e SPA non enorme ma sufficiente.

Ottimo Hotel, bella la stanza con la veduta della Moldava, pulizia e attenzione dei servizi di pulizia della stanza, ottimo anche il ristorante. Gentilezza del Direttore (la mia partner compiva glia anni) al nostro ritorno in Hotel abbiamo trovato, e molto apprezzato, una bottiglia di spumante con gli auguri personali. Unica pecca, la mancanza di un canale televisivo italiano.

Gestita male! Hotel 3 stelle.srvizii in camera cari e pessimo. Ho viaggiafo in tutto il mondo è in alberghi solo 5 stelle ma come questto non ho mai trovato.si nota che la proprietà non ha esperienza di investimento in hotellery.

Ottimo hotel, posizione strategica
Hotel comodo sia per posizione che per servizi, la spa è gratuita e ben servita con anche ottimi prezzi per i massaggi. Consiglio anche il ristorante dove hanno un menù dedicato al tartufo , colazione ampia e staff gentilissimo!

La perfezione!
Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 3 notti nel mese di febbraio 2018 ed è stato tutto perfetto! L'albergo si presenta meglio che in foto, la mia junior suite era grandissima, ben arredata, calda e con tutto il necessario. Ho persino trovato un kit per il cucito che mi è servito per rimediare ad uno strappo sul giubbino. La camera veniva riassettata più volte nella giornata, lasciando la sera anche un cioccolatino sul cuscino. La colazione è varia e ben assortita, sia dolce che salata, con prodotti freschi e preparati al momento. Punto di forza però è la posizione di questo splendido 5 stelle: esattamente all'inizio della più lussuosa via di Praga, regno di tutte le maggiori boutique e gioiellerie, a pochi passi dal bellissimo quartiere ebraico e dalla piazza della città vecchia, dalla metro linea A ( se non erro fermata Staromeska). Con questa posizione abbiamo usato i mezzi solo per arrivare al castello ed alla Casa Danzante, nonostante i tremendi -3° che ci accompagnavano. In conclusione Praga è una città fuori dal tempo e spero di tornare e soggiornare ancora al President Hotel.

A due passi da tutto
Ha passato il periodo di capodanno in tutto quattro giorni presso questo hotel. Dalla finestra della camera una vista sul fiume che di notte illuminato e con il passare dei battelli diventava incantevole. Camera bellissima, pulizia eccellente, bagno stupendo attrezzato benissimo e letto comodissimo; Proprio nulla da dire. Colazione intercontinentale completa di tutto sia salato che dolci, tutto molto buono. Distanza perfetta per raggiungere a piedi tutti i vari quartieri. Abbiamo utilizzato la navetta che mette a disposizione Expedia (a pagamento) che ci ha portati e riportati (solo a noi) in circa venti minuti in aeroporto; molto comoda ed economica per chi non vuole perdere tempo con mezzi pubblici e ha voglia di arrivare subito in hotel senza doverlo cercare o camminare. Vacanza stupenda che consiglio :)

Ottimo albergo sulla riva della Moldava
Essendo l'albergo molto vicino al centro era possibile visitare la città senza ricorrere troppo ai mezzi pubblici. Pertanto soddisfazione ottima.

We got a room with the river and castle view. The view from the corner rooms is very beautiful. Hotel is decently located to attractions but you have to walk 15 min to get to the main area. Pool and sauna area is very nice, clean and relaxing. Our door to our room didn’t shut properly. You kind of had to mess with the handle to make sure it was locked which was a little weird. We didn’t have breakfast included and didn’t eat the breakfast buffet since it was €35. On this trip we stayed at some nice hotels and never paid more the €25. So this seemed a bit excessive. Especially since there wasn’t anything special about the breakfast. All around enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Top hotel
The location is absolutely brilliant for seeing the city without being smack bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and spa is incredible. The room was stunning aside from a couple of tiny issues as a glass lampshade wasn’t attached properly and the curtain had come off the runner as the end was kissing however I sorted this myself so I’m sure it would have been remedied by the hotel had I’d asked as they were brilliant. Nice touches like free umbrellas at the door which were much needed as it rained non stop while we were there. They have a really cool bar on the top floor which would be awesome in the summer to sit out on the balcony. Regretfully we didn’t eat in levitate restaurant but it looks absolutely unbelievable. Will definitely stay again should we return to Prague

The hotel was good for shopp,And Restaurant.But the service in the restaurant was awful. The people did not say good morning. Our clean the table off we you come to look for and table. You always had to look for someone. And then did not come any table and say is everything is okay. The only young lady that made the omelette in the morning she was very friendly. But at the woman was in stress, while she had to do it alone. Until and young man had help her,He came with and cap on and made the waffle. But not clean his uniform, he was not really help for the woman that was making the omelette. I think the hotel was very clean but Service was awfully in restaurant, and service in front desk night was even awful . The security guard at night had to call someone to come in front, we had to wait around 20min. And the young man did not say good evening . He just ask for my name and gave us the key and to,d us what time breakfast was and we it located, and the swim pool and beauty lounge. I think they need to learn about Service on howto handle there guest. While that is and super Hotel and the rooms were super.

Good on the outside but disappointing insode.
The room size is completely disappointing and misleading in the advertising. The recent parts that have been remodel are welcomed and beautiful, but they don’t seem to have the quality to last. Beauty and presentation supersede, and the actual rooms have had a slapped Up makeover, bu the bones didn’t get fixed. Fresh paint and fixtures but need a complete redesign.

Overall a very good experience with a few areas that could be improved: - at arrival at breakfast, the first day was not shown what and where things were. Just told we could go in - the lady making the omelettes was excellent and deserves extra praise for the taste but her general brilliant attitude and smile. - no room service option available We had an issue with the air-con in our original room and when we made the reception aware, there was no issues and got moved - there was no issues and excellent service

The room was ok but even though it was a junior suite it didn’t have the desk for work and there were not enough electric outlets. The location is good. The workers were kind. The actual problem was too much dusts on the carpet, curtains and even on the pillows and linens. Whenever we touch the pillows and the comforter huge amount of dusts were floating.

Excellent hotel with an amazing view!!!
The staff was extremely helpful. The suite was large and over well equipped. The view of the river from the term was amazing!! Extremely good breakfast. Very well and modern design, the SPA was a very nice and a good place to rest after a full day of walking. Highly recommended!! Definitely, I will be back!!!

The check in was the only flaw in service. We had an awful time trying to get checked in, it was probably 45 minutes before they even got one person checked in in the line in front of us. I don’t know what it happened that day if it was just a fluke? But the facility in the staff after that totally made up for that little inconvenience! Have a wonderful place to stay, and a great location!

Clean, modern hotel near city centre
A modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions of the city center. There is a great rooftop bar, with lovely views of the city and the river. Also offers a huge modern spa area. Many nice cafés in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our room (with river views) was clean and spacious. The soft mattress on the window sill was a nice touch. It allows you to cuddle up in front of the window and watch the world go by.

Amazing hotel close to main attractions in downtown. The room with river view is spectacular. Front disk staff extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot and certainly will be back to it

Staff is 5-star; bathroom towels need an upgrade.
Warm and welcoming front-desk staff, who were very accommodating with our special requests. Every employee we encountered was friendly and professional. The room was well-appointed, with a magnificent river view. One complaint: The bathroom towels are very thin, not what I would expect in a 5-star hotel.

The President is a very nice hotel with a great view of the river or the castle and very close to Old town. the rooms are big and comfortable but the construction next door created a lot of noise so that part wasn't good. I expected the staff to be a bit more friendly and accommodating than they were.
