“Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!”

“The hotel is lovely! A bit dated but very well maintained. The included buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing with many choices of Japanese and Western food! Lovely rooftop onsen plus ground floor onsen. The area around the hotel is a quiet with many ships and restaurants closed but that allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities.”

“This is a beautiful hotel with great views of the river and countryside. It is quiet and the rooms are very nice. I used the private baths with no waiting. The bar is a great whisky and wine bar. Complimentary ramen was very nice and filling. Other snacks are also given free. Staff were so friendly, and managed around my language barrier with ease and friendliness.”

"La camera seppur molto bella era sopra stazione ferroviaria e le finestre non erano isolanti. Quindi per l’intera serata e notte sentivo continuamente il passaggio dei treni e le loro vibrazioni. Continuo a ribadire che le prenotazioni effettuate in Hokkaido dalla scrivente tramite Expedia sono state quasi tutte associate a camere rumorose e/o con problematiche di pulizia e composizione. Farò una segnalazione direttamente ad Expedia per reclamare l’accaduto."
