Having stayed at various Ritz-Carlton properties in the past, my recent experience at [ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos )did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from the brand. The service fell short of the impeccable standards I have experienced at other Ritz-Carlton properties. Staff members seemed indifferent to guest needs, and requests for assistance were met with delays and a lack of follow-through. While the hotel's location was convenient, and some amenities such as the restaurant were satisfactory, the overall experience did not live up to the luxury standards associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand. In conclusion, Ritz Carlton turks and Caicos may have its merits, it does not reflect the level of excellence typically associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand. I hope that the management takes steps to address these shortcomings to maintain the brand's reputation for unparalleled luxury and service. Will never come back to this particular Location.

Overall I really liked staying here. There was an incident when some guests were trying to celebrate Hanukkah and were stopped by security staff. That was a very disappointing incident. Pool and restaurant staff were very nice.

We stayed at the Ritz for my birthday and opted for a room on the Club Level with access to the lounge on the 9th floor. The staff and amenities were wonderful! The lounge offers breakfast and light meals/snacks, as well as drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) all day until 10pm. Cris, Sarhaan, Nadia and Janelle in the lounge made me and my family feel so welcome and really catered to my parents’ dietary restrictions. They made my birthday week so special. The Ritz staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again next year!

The resort was very nice along with some of the staffs(Dejah at front desk was amazing along with the Jamaican young man at the bar by the pool/beach), room was very nice, convenient to everything! Negative are the beach was extremely rough didn’t go in the water went to local beach Sapodilla bay beach which was nice but was charged $10 for beach chair and $20 for umbrella (chairs are $10 per person)’ not enough activities on resort and food and drinks are extremely expensive!

This is the worse Ritz Carlton I have visited. It did not meet my expectations of what a Ritz Carlton should be. The staff was friendly but the facilities were subpar. Specifically the gym.

Our recent 5th-anniversary stay at the Ritz-Carlton Turks and Caicos was deeply disappointing. When traveling we generally stay at Ritz/ Four Seasons or equivalent properties due to the luxury and service, but our experience fell far far short. If you are used to this, this property is NOT FOR YOU. There was unwelcoming atmosphere throughout the property, incidents with local residents and staff members at the casino disrupting the experience, and a lack of staff oversight were concerning to say the least. Service was lackluster, and staff seemed consistently annoyed with guest requests. A simple task like raising a beach umbrella resulted in unnecessary interrogation, revealing a lack of understanding of guests’ expectations. The setting up of beach chairs was dreaded generally due to having to interact with unhappy staff. Overall the staff was unwelcoming. This left a bitter taste in our mouths and contributed to our overall disappointment. Our experience was so disheartening that we encountered other guests trying to cut their trips short and change their flights. It speaks to the depth of their disillusionment. Furthermore, in speaking with staff and others off of the property, everyone had the same message: This Ritz is severely lacking service. In conclusion, our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Turks and Caicos was not in line with the Ritz-Carlton standard of excellence. We share this account to provide a cautionary tale for those considering this property

The concierge level staff of Ricky,Chris and Gilbert where beyond top not. It was my wife’s 10th 30th birthday and they went so beyond anything I could have asked for with surprises more then daily. If I came up with an idea for her they followed up with 3 more. The room was phenomenal food was great. Beaches are second to none and I’ve literally visited some of the best beaches in the world. I literally can not say enough about the staff and this hotel experience.
