“The house is open and airy surrounded by a lovely patio garden with mature plants. Although in a vibrant neighborhood, the tucked away street is quiet. Inside is lovely -- decorated in soothing tones with everything you need - beds are comfortable, the shower has plenty of hot water, and linens a lovely cotton. Kati goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. I asked if she had a table I could use for a desk and the next day one appeared. A cleaning lady came every two weeks...

Die Aussicht Richtung Küste und Richtung Berge ist vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunde (El Teide zeigt sich dann meistens in ganzer Schönheit) und nachts sehr beeindruckend. “Ruhig gelegene Finca mit reichlich Platz und schönen Terrassen. Es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit ein Sonnenplätzchen, wenn die Sonne scheint. Über Treppen erreicht man das Meer und das Zentrum relativ schnell und gut. Die Finca ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.”

“Das Appartment selbst war verwohnt, die Garnitur war völlig unansehnlich, da das ganze Kunstleder abgeplatzt war. Die Küche =Schubladen ausgeleiert, die Arbeitsplatte unansehnlich kaputt an der Kante, die Ausstattung der Küche nur auf das Nötigste reduziert z. B fehlte uns eine Kaffemaschiene bzw. etwas damit man sich einen gebrühten Kaffee machen kann. Dafür war ein Thermomix in der Aussattung was keiner im Urlaub braucht. Beim Fernseher funktionierte nur Netflix, wenn man die Sprache...

“L'appartamento era molto spazioso e completo. Il personale alla reception estremamente cordiale. La colazione su ordinazione può evitare sprechi sul cibo, ma non c'era molta scelta, il cibo era di tipo industriale, il packaging esagerato tipico delle confezioncine da hotel.”

“Bella struttura con parco bellissimo, piscina, e un area verde con attrezzi ginnici. Cibo ottimo, e anche troppo abbondante. Personale molto gentile, anche se l’italiano è un po’ tabù. Si trova un po’ distante dalle spiagge cittadine, e purtroppo i parcheggi sono difficoltosi. L’hotel è in una zona tranquilla, ma Puerto de la Cruz è caotica. Ci tornerei? Nell’hotel sicuramente, ma per il resto non credo.”
