Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana oara el festejo de mi cumpleaños de mi hija, el personal fue muy servicial y amable, la comida deliciosa, las bebidas muy buenas y la calidad de alcohol q manejan tambien es muy bueno, definitivamente me la mejor opcion para ir en familia, mi hija se divirtio mucho, pars mi el restsruante de cortes fue el mejor, sin duda alguna volveria a resevar.

Loved the whole facility, food from italian restaurant was soso... but everything else was really delicious. Pool area for kids and kids play areas are very good as well. Would definitely come back to relax and let children loose.

Very nice clean facility, so much activity for kids, friendly stuff, good restaurants, not too far from Cancun airport, visiting this resort second time with friends. Nice coral reef in front of the property very good for snorkeling. I wish they have water sports activity like kayaking or jet ski it's beautiful Caribbean Sea.

El servicio bueno aunque esperábamos un servicio excelente porque había muy poca gente, mandaron un comunicado que no estaría abierto el Kids club del 6-11, salimos el 13 y seguía cerrado. El personal de entretenimiento y kids club excelente Migue, Pao, Viri, marines, Lina, Bell boy Tony y Oliver mesero en el buffet todos ellos felices de hacer su trabajo. Es la 2da visita en el hotel y estamos seguros de regresar. Extrañamos la fiesta Neón en la Disco!

We had a bad experience with our stay. Worse customer service there was so many bad things to say. We pay for a Ruby room and it was not worth it at all. It was my husband bday and it was a really bad experience. I do t recommend to no one.

Its okay not the best choice for couples. Hotel is fairly new and they have a-lot of potential but long way to go. Will definitely not stay again me and my husband booked extra excursions just to avoid being at the hotel they have no entertainment throughout the day was just boring. The food is mediocre. We have stayed in other hotels where they pay attention to the reason for your stay welcome you with drinks etc this hotel has none of that and the food was basic. Felt i wasted my money but tried to make the best out of it.

This hotel is amazing!!! Family oriented and also great for those traveling without kids. Chose this hotel for a birthday/mini getaway week with my parents (their first all inclusive) and my 4 year old daughter, my daughter loved the kiddie pool/ family pool, my parents were so blown away with the staff and their amazing service they are planning to return very soon. So many activities for kids and adults including pool Zumba, had such an amazing experience, food was also great and very diverse. Amazing definitely recommend!!

Overall we had a great time and the property had enough amenities that our two girls (1.5 and 4 y.o) were kept busy and having fun regularly. The food was good but the restaurants were obviously better than the buffet. The children’s trampoline area definitely needed those foam blocks removed for new ones and the water slide activity area needed renewing aswell. It had mold and was all discolored. Much of the damage was probably done by nature but it still looked pretty beat up. I also found that the staff watching the kids seems un enthusiastic when it came to watching the kids. I would go again but only if the price was lower. I don’t think the price we paid matched the quality. Overall it is a Good place to stay just not extremely special. It was always kept clean and leadership was kind and helpful.

I was in Sensira with two kids, 9 and 12 y.o. in the last week of April. The weather was very good compared to Toronto. The sea was hot, as we like. The one thing that was not too pleasant was seaweed close to the beach area.

Resort was very clean and the staff were amazing! Especially our Amigo Robert who repeatedly went out of his way for me and my family. We went in mid April and there was a lot of sea-weed on the beach which was not optimal. The water itself was calm, but not great if your kids like playing in the waves or boogie boarding. There is a great snorkeling reef just a 5 min boat ride from the resorts beach. The restaurants were all great with many options.

A great setup for parents and kids. We really enjoyed the kids adventure area because it allowed us to get our daily workout in without having to do it in shifts. Overall the resort and staff was heavily focused on the kids. It was a great week stay.

Loved our time here. Sad the S club wasn’t open when we were there but rooms were amazing, strong A/C when we needed a break and the staff was wondering to be around. Loved the shows they put on!

We stayed for a week in April in connecting rooms with our 14 yo and 12 yo kids. We truly enjoyed our trip because it was we needed a relaxing vacation. I will break it down into pros and cons. Pros- resort was very clean, staff is courteous, friendly and kind, rooms were so clean and spacious, quick room service, food was good for all inclusive, pools were pretty, And plenty of chairs, beds and towels, spa was amazing- service wise, quiet, good selection of alcohol brands, Las Brisas at the pool is excellent, room service was good, Rodeo was great, no hidden upcharges you see at a lot of resorts, price point, our kids were too old but I heard the kids club was good, the zip line was cool and the mechanical bull at Rodeo grill was awesome. We missed the shows but heard from other guests they were great. Cons- not many restaurants, Italian was just ok, didn’t go to Mexican bc everyone said it was awful, not much to do, dead really (which we liked), tv channels were limited so scan QRcode to stream from your phone, need more staff at the pool, better communication of activities, nothing written so you need to scan QR code to see anything. There is only Merlot and Chardonnay and it’s not good. Wish that we could have had better selection especially for dinner even if I had to pay a surcharge, also shower is wide open so no privacy, seaweed is a real issue in the ocean, water slides were for babies, trampolines weren’t open much but were cool.

This is a well designed hotel, rooms are very nice and restaurants were excellent. Facilities and activities for kids were great (zipline, climbing wall, trampoline park, pool tables). Pools were beautiful and the overall compact layout of the resort is ideal for families. Carlos and the rest of the entertainment team were so friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. The bull ride and Zumba classes were the highlights of the week. However, 2 reasons we would not return: - the music in the afternoon is not enjoyable and way too loud. It’s like a really bad rave mix with a crazy base and there is no escaping it since they blast it for like 5 hours from the speaker near the pool bar. Forget resting or even being able to have a conversation. I don’t understand the logic for this, at least not for the ENTIRE afternoon. This is a family resort and it’s not the right vibe at all. In the morning it’s a nice chill/jazzy music mix at a reasonable volume, not sure why it can’t be like this most of the day. - there was a lot of seaweed accumulation the week we were there in April. The cleanup crew did their best to keep up but there were piles of it along the beach in front of the hotel. Nobody was swimming or really on the beach. The beach beds are also strangely positioned next to where they dump the seaweed… Just 5 minutes down the beach there was no seaweed and crystal clear water in front of the Margaritaville resort since they have a weed barrier set up.
